Stay away from…The Hound and Home Pet Goods "company"

Stay away from thehoundandhomepetgoods.com site. They scammed me for 4 months of charges for e-books that I never subscribed to. I could not reach the actual company, but only could talk to a 3rd party call center. That number is listed on their website. Be very careful when ordering online, the scammers are getting worse and when you try to get a refund, you can't find the real company and have to deal with a 3rd party entity. I filed a complaint with my credit card company (a charge back) and got 1 month's refund. But I see that The Hound and Home Pet Goods billed me for 3 more months for a subscription which I never signed up for and never used.
