I ordered a cute little mouse lamp as a gift for someone and when they received it it didn't work. I've tried contacting the company twice with no response and there's no Returns area on their website.
I like their stuff but not their customer service :(

Item took quite a while to arrive and when it arrived was a very different colour to that which was represented in the product photos. Speedy and helpful response from customer service, offered a refund.

Great customer service, quick response and they were able to sort out issues raised in a single day.

AVOID

Shipping takes an eternity and the customer service is rubbish, hardly any tracking and waited over 10 weeks for an item.

First purchase from House of Bloc and will not be my last! I’ve been obsessively pouring over the website for months unable to choose what to get as it is all so so lovely. Finally got the most beautiful bath mat! The design is stunning and it’s so soft and lovely to walk on. Drys fine (sometimes takes a while) and brightens up our small bathroom floor no end. Quick delivery. Highly recommend this company!

The items are gorgeous and original. The website is simple to use and is genuine. I wish the shipping was sooner as it has been 14 days since I made the purchase (not yet shipped) and that the tracking system was updated more regularly. However, I do understand it is a long way to the UK. Overall, great experience!

I recieved my carpet today, and it was a dissapointment. The quality and the way it was packed was not good.
It was curled in a small plasticbag and looks terrible

Good website, intuitional and easy to find things

Much as I really wanted to say only positive things about my first order with House Of Bloc, I really can’t. This clock is definitely not what I expected. It’s the kind of thing you’d pick up on Wish for a fiver, but I paid an awful lot more than that. No instructions included, you have to download those, and even then, they’re sub par and really aren’t helpful in the slightest and I have got beyond the first screen. Complete waste of money.

The site pops with colour and catchphrases so that it turns you instantly happy. This is what is needed in a grey gloomy world. Choice of products is very personal but still fitting for a lot of people, with different styles to create in your home!

I really like how easy it is to go through the web page. Also, all items are amazing, i have a whishlist of over 500€ xd.

I received a rug which I was disappointed about and wrote a bad review. However, Adam and Wendy have been so professional and understanding when I contacted them which I should have done first to give them the opportunity to resolve. Prompt collection of rug and refund done within a couple of days. This is a genuine company and deserve to succeed in business. Wishing them the very best for their future.

I did my company order on the 3rd of July and until now I don't have any information about it.
Already sent several email's and just the 1st one was replied but after that complete silence.
I could understand a delay on the delivery but I can't understand this silence.
