Really nice layout, easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile, amazing customer service, had an issue with my address and they sorted it out promptly.

I ordered two chairs, advertised as Modern Nordic Minimalist Style Dining Chairs, in June. After waiting for over a month, the chairs finally arrived on August 3rd from China. Both chairs were riddled with production defects, clearly violating EU and UK consumer standards.
Chair One:
The seat had a noticeable scratch and dent.
The backrest had a plastic defect that affected both its appearance and functionality.
Chair Two:
The metal holes were misaligned, making it impossible to assemble the seat correctly.
The screw set was missing a screw required for the top back.
Additionally, both chairs arrived without assembly instructions, and the metal framework of both chairs showed clear signs of damage and poor construction.
On September 3rd, a company representative acknowledged the defects. After months of back-and-forth emails and false promises of a replacement or refund, nothing was resolved. The company failed to follow through, and I had to go through the complicated process of initiating a card refund myself.
This company is not reliable—they neither sell quality products nor keep their promises regarding refunds or replacements. Avoid at all costs!

Well the item seems really nice. Unfortunately, I was delivered the wrong colour (orange instead of green) so not very pleased with the service. Will update this review once (or if) this has been resolved.

Beautiful stylised homeward and lots of unique pieces. Website is easy to navigate and there were some really innovative pieces.

I'm so angry at the money i spent on the rug I bought. Poor quality, arrived folded like a bloody blanket. And had taken a month and a half to arrive. I emailed for a refund..I want my money back and I am never ever buying from this website again.

Product took ages, but they were transparent to a degree, said around three weeks or so. Lovely customer service. That’s fine. My mother came round and said ‘oh that’s from Temu’ which I honestly don’t mind. What I do mind is paying a lot more for a product which has come from a factory which probably exploits its workers - I don’t support unethical products. imagine these folks skimming off the top and being ‘kooky’ about it. shameful.

Ordered a vase from them, it came completely smashed. The package was battered and I don’t think it’s the couriers fault as the parcel didn’t have any sort of indication something fragile was inside it.

Best company for decorating your home, I had been looking for a fluffy blanket for ages that was not overly expensive and still a good quality, and they’ve nailed it. It is exactly like the pictures, so soft, fluffy and perfect for the colder weather. I love all their products and will definitely be purchasing more.

Delivery was super quick as well, came a lot quicker than I expected.

Also extremely happy with how quick they respond to emails and they’re always happy to help and solve any problems.

Very disappointed with my purchase. Ordered long seat cushions which when delivered were very cheap looking, considering the cost, not anywhere near as thick as shown in the picture and an insipid looking colour which was nothing like the colour advertised. Have emailed and used the contact form in order to try and return them to no avail. Very frustrating.

I purchased a very pretty linen cushion cover. Sadly it is not the right colour I was looking for so I’ve had to return but lovely customer service.

I almost wish I’d never found this website because I am pining over every single thing!!! Recently ordered a blanket which I absolutely love. It’s amazing quality, very soft and warm. Will certainly be buying more from The House of BLOC!
