Exchange of bath Mat
I contacted Adam and Emilie for an exchange of a bathroom mat . Essentially we would like the bigger size . They were very quick to respond to both my initial order and my most recent email and have kindly offered to exchange for the bigger size. Very pleased with excellent service.

The plushy pumpkin (45cm) I ordered finally arrived and it’s a juicy gorgeous beauty!!! I’m thrilled with it. The journey to getting it was a bit bumpy with a series of false starts, mini pumpkin mayhem beauty gifts as an apology too.
I’m totally thrilled with the outcome, but be sure to chase up clearly and regularly - and I’m sure the admin process will develop and flow too.
My big pumpkin arrived after many weeks, but I did have the array of others well before Halloween - leave plenty of time and it will be worth it!
