After being let down by a well known high stress brand I had the pleasure to meet Hamza and Faye. They both helped me pick and sorted delivery and installation of a king size bed, during a very tight timescale. Quality of the bed is 10/10 and the customer service was even better!!

Quick delivery and reasonable price…
The lady at the shop was very helpful and patient. Only took one week to order and get it delivered. The two gentlemen who delivered the dinning set were very helpful and called me in advance of the delivery so I have time to drive back home. Highly recommended these guys! The price is very reasonable as well!

Order process was simple and delivery…
Order process was simple and delivery said up to 5 weeks, but was delivered following week. Quality is superb! The chairs are built to a very high spec, I chose the dark grey with lion knockers. The marble table (I chose grey marble) is really heavy, so you will need a two man lift to put in place,.... the finish is great! It really is a a great dining table and the chairs are equally great. I would highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

I have ordered an expensive dining table which has been the biggest mistake of my life. They took forever to come to an agreement to deliver my stuff as I am located in london and we had headaches of how they would be bringing up the furniture to my home which is located on the second floor, they said I would need to bring it up myself which I said if it’s going to be a bother I would just cancel and order from another company which would be able to deliver and assemble to chairs, they agreed to find someone to deliver for me and I had to pay extra for them to bring up to my home and for assemble the furniture now I have noticed that the table is damaged and I’ve asked them to take a look and sent them photos they have agreed that they must replace but again the headache has started again with who will bring up the furniture I am very dissatisfied and I wish I had just chosen a different company from the beginning

We are so sorry to see that you have not had a great experience when purchasing items with us. As stated in our delivery policy, couriers are not insured to carry heavy items up the stairs if there are no lifts on the premises as goods are more than 200kg. This is due to obvious health and safety procedures.
However, we employed an external company for which you only paid for the taking upstairs fee directly not the delivery fee as we offer free delivery. Your order was placed on the 24th of November during our black friday promotion period and although this is our busiest period your delivery took place on the 9th of December which is within 10 working days, our expected delivery time frame is 2-5 weeks for all customers in England and Wales.
We have contacted you directly to ensure that this situation gets resolved since the day of your delivery and offered to send a replacement out for you but you have been unavailable during the delivery slots suggested.
We sincerely hope to come to the best resolution to get this matter sorted.
