All the staffs did a great job right from the selection of, the 3 sofas and the dining table and chairs, till the delivery. They were very patient and supportive, especially during our back and forth when choosing. The delivery was very timely too. Thank you HOB

Lovely table & chairs at a good price & even better customer service from the moment of interest (providing information at 10pm at night surprisingly) all the way to the end.

We had a small issue & they rectified it instantly - keeping in contact throughout.

We ordered table, chairs & bench. The full set is amazing although website said about 3 weeks delivery we were offered a slot for the following week, communication was great & the delivery drivers were great too. Would definitely order from here again.

We received our table and chairs slightly layer then planned, however House of Brands communicated with us through WhatsApp the entire time and updated us with ETA. Furniture was of outstanding quality 👌 and was worth every penny. Highly recommended ordering from them I know we will again for other bits.

We ordered 12 dining chairs from Nadeem and he was incredibly patient whilst we changed our minds between designs!!! He kept us informed throughout the whole sales process and our new chairs arrived in a timely manner and are gorgeous - one of the 12 was faulty unfortunately- this was a manufacture error not House of Brands but Nadeem got a new chair delivered for us at no extra cost - we cannot thank him enough - without doubt the best customer service we have received and we would highly recommend this company and the patience and excellent service Nadeem has given - absolutely brilliant thank you 😊

Pictures don't do justice to the dinning set was more beautiful in reality really love my dinning set and console table,delievery was fast and the staff was helpful and swift in answering my questions will highly recommend.Only issue was the delievery guy refused to take the wrappings with him thereby leaving loads of wrapping for us other than that am impressed

Let me started with giving the customer service a whole 5 stars ⭐️, helpful, professional. Delivery was fast even though they said it will take longer. For me it took 1 working day since a slot opened for delivery, the delivery men was friendly. Our dinning table and chairs is Top quality, beautiful, giving rich vibes, it is blowing our mine up with how big and beautiful they are. Definitely looking forward to buying our sofa from HOB 💯 because the quality is out of this work. I wish there was an option to add pictures to my review to justify what am saying but I hope my words are well enough for anyone wanting to buy from HOB.
