Owner of Hydro Bros is a real nice guy ! Phoned me to talk through the problem I had (very nice of him) with his shop but it would seem i have mistakenly written a bad review of his shop when it was another that's very similar in name, I can only hope people don't hold it against as was a terrible mistake 😕 im just writing a wrong ,I would shop with them any time and actuallyhavein the past ,they actually seem to be on top of everything

I have seen the difference in my leeks…
I have seen the difference in my leeks after a week seems to be really good stuff . Plants were really stressed and not doing very good , but can see them picking up . Would recommend this product and a.bit cheaper than a few others .

Sent a broken item which i accept they…
Sent a broken item which i accept they dont know if it works or not but then they ignored the email asking to return it for a replacement. I rang up and the girl was rude and hung up. I still have the broken item and seem no closer to getting anything sorted. Dont think i will use again because this should have been as simple as they have a courier deliver a replacement and collect the faulty item, that is how other shops operate in my experience.

I dont have a camera and dont want people taking videos of my private hobbies.
I didnt ask for a refund until it was confirmered broken and i actually asked for a replacement but was told without a video of the item i cant have 1. so i asked for a refund and offered to returned it and when you see the item doesnt work you refund me but that isnt any good for you because you keep saying its a working item and that you are gonna be left with carriage.
You have made excuse after excuse to not take the broken item back but i have a right to a refund and the fact your fighting it will just make me share my experience in more places.

Hi Karl, thank you for your order and sorry about the issue. So I am clear, you are saying:
• The item is faulty
• But you don’t want to carry out any basic remote troubleshooting steps
• And you want us to pay to collect it.
• And you want a replacement or refund before we’ve confirmed there’s actually a fault.
Unfortunately as explained in subsequent exchange of emails, we have to carry out our due diligence.
Our process is simple:
• Step one — basic remote troubleshooting.
• If that doesn’t resolve it, either we are a) able to convince our supplier to credit the item so we can refund you (difficult to do without any sort of evidence), or b) you'd need to send the item comes back to us for inspection so we can carry out our inspection.
• If it’s genuinely faulty, we repair, replace or refund accordingly.
We follow that process for everyone because we’ve had items sent back before that were supposedly “broken” and turned out to be working perfectly fine. When that happens, we’re left covering carriage costs for no reason. So we don’t skip steps.
We did try calling you back later on Saturday and again Sunday, but couldn’t get through. Since then, we’ve replied to your emails explaining exactly this.
At this stage, if you’re not willing to provide the troubleshooting confirmation, the next step is for you to return the item to us so we can inspect and test it. Once we’ve confirmed the fault, it will be resolved properly.
We’re ready to sort it — but we need to stick to the process.
