I really appreciate how Leo Baig took time with me to understand about my flight going and coming. He really me made feel secure about the layover flight and assure me it would be better to take the longer flight just to make sure I wouldn’t miss my flight, because there was not enough time to rush an catch an earlier flight. Unnecessary Charges
My wife and I booked flights through Infinity Travels. On our flight to our destination, I had the middle seat on the airplane which gave me anxiety (for the first time). Luckily, no one else sat in our row so I was able to sit in the aisle seat.
For our return trip, my wife called Infinity Travels to change my seat to an aisle seat. The agent, Thomas, said in order to change the seat, the charge would be $189. He also tried to convince my wife to change her seat so that we could sit together. Since she was fine with her window seat, she declined.
When we boarded the airplane, we were shocked to see there were only two seats on each side of the airplane! In other words, there was no reason to change my seat at all, and Thomas must have known that. The total charge amounted to $398, which included checking two bags. I'm not sure of the exact breakdown for the charges but, as it turns out, there was no need to change my seat in the first place! We contacted Infinity Travels after we returned home and spoke with Steve, who is a supervisor. He refunded $100.

Leon is the man!
Leon was the representative that helped me and he went above and beyond to help with my flights! I originally booked flights with a popular third party site from Columbia to Detroit for an upcoming funeral. I had so much trouble with the reservations from a leg of the flight not being ticketed and then having to rebook that leg and then having the reservation cancelled. Infinity Travel was able to book a new reservation and then there was a duplicate reservation from the third party site so the new reservation Infinity secured got cancelled. The third party site’s reservation had times that’s didn’t work but they didn’t want to rebook and initially said they couldn’t change anything. Leon was on the phone back and forth with the third party site and the airline several times and he got everything fixed. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Leon provided excellent customer service and really helped me secure the needed flights to travel for a funeral. Thank you Infinity Travel and especially Leon!

BEWARE! If you are inexperienced air travelers as we are they definitely try to pull the wool over your eyes. We called Sam's Club Travel, AKA...INFINITY TRAVELS. My husband and are are seniors and inexperienced in airline travel. My husband told our agent, Rodger that we needed to book 2 senior refundable round-trip airline tickets to Arizona and will also be needing a rental car. Two Economy tickets were $1,300 but the rental car for a mid size vehicle was a whopping $1,100.00 PLUS another $360.00 at the airport. We thought that was extremely high but who would think a travel agency would scam people out of money so we let it go. Then the next morning my husband called back to see if we could upgrade to Business Class. Rodger said there were seats open so that would be okay since my husband purchased insurance. Now we do know that INFINITY TRAVELS should have canceled Economy and charged for Business, they didn't. We then had EIGHT TICKETS for the same trip. My husband called and got another agent who did not understand our dilemma. So, again my husband called back the next day to talk to Rodger. We received confirmation that the original tickets for $1,390.00 would be refunded. Well, $390.00 was, that's $1.000 short.Infinity did also refund the car charge of $1,100. but they also tacked on a $600.00 " Fee" for their services...what???? We will stop at nothing to get this whole trip refunded.. What a SCAM.
