My Husband and I joined The Insight Group at the end of 2022 - this so far has been a life changing experience. We have been blown away by the training and learning from Aran's experience. I signed up for Aran's full course in 2020 (lockdown) and spent over 2k, expecting a high quality tuition and tailored approach for my specific requirements. Instead I got dated, poor quality videos run off of a Youtube account, or recorded from one of Aran's seminars.
So it never felt at any point that you were getting the most up to date or accurate information.
There were also a lot of Facebook posts claiming a big property crash was on the horizon which we needed to be ready for which to this day (Jan2023) has not happened, this was obviously a marketing ploy. I felt suckered in by this, once I started the course I soon learnt that there are so many additional costs that have to be considered if you actually want help form Insight Group in finding the right property, financing it, managing/maintaining it and finding tenants.
Which so happens to be all the services that Insight provide, but only as a complete package not as separate services and all on top of the 2K course fee, which is thousands extra (no discounts).
I found this frustrating and I also got the impression that you were only going to be staired in the direction they wanted you to go and not have any control on your investments overheads or management.
Aside from the above, Aran has many approaches to starting and building a property portfolio and they are all very interesting and a lot make sense but you must keep in mind that you will need to have a few quid in your pocket and know the type of property's you want and know that most of the investment will be in the north not south of the country.
I'd say in short, think carefully before investing in this course and be sure of what you want to get out of it, as there is not a lot you can't find out or learn your self with good research.

Arun is an active current investor as well as trainer with huge knowlege and experience to share. Aran Curry is a great trainer - he takes his time to answer questions and provides very indepth insights on the UK property market. The support from the Insight Group is great.

This guy is just pure marketing. His property knowlegde/advice ranges from generic/obvious to downright incorrect. A few years ago, he spend months saying "I don't mince my words, there will be a property crash" over and over he doubled down on this. Took a gamble and lost, as prices didn't crash. He quickly removed those posts.
I signed up for one of his tax talks. Complete generic advice that went no further than to use Ltd company. There is a section where you can ask questions. I didn't get a response at all for my question.
Now I am getting bombarded with texts, and to unsubscribe, I have to text a premium number. I call them, it's a premium number.
If that doesn't scream scam, I don't know what does.

We watched our first Question and Answer session tonight and Aran was amazing at answering questions succinctly and clearly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend to all.

Given how many people participate in the training of the Insight Group, 100s if not 1,000+, the level of access to and personal attention by its founder and CEO, Aran Curry, is amazing. His knowledge always amazing! His team is also a great support-orientated group. Several programs are provided: Seminars, webminars, frequent Q&A sessions handled by Aran Curry directly, mail access, phone support, and an incredible library of videos, documents and guides kept up to date - running into 1,000s of custom items. Very happy with having bought into it - the challenge is personal discipline to execute, not quality of education, coaching or support. And the participants have become a network of friends and co-investors who assist each other with every possible issue. Amazing
