Paul and the team sorted out a good deal on a Seat Leon Cupra - cheapest around. Delivery was by driver so was convenient, but had 200miles when I picked it up. Lease company is through Arval.

We provide both car and commercial vehicles on Contract Hire, Finance Lease and offer Personal Contract Purchase and Hire Purchase, we cover it all, offering our customers all of the options that are best suited to their specific needs. We are a NHS Trust staff vehicle supply partner, specialising in contract hire, having many years of experience in this market gives us a unique advantage in providing one of the best service and financial options in the market. Our usp is that we can arrange salary sacrifice for SME,s of 1-10,000+ employees. Our new easy to use online portal allows our customers to log into a secure protected portal, choose the vehicle of their choice and generate a quotation along with their personal salary sacrifice savings information, making it a simple process to forward the finished product to their payroll/HR to complete the order. We offer all of our customers the option of a massive saving on our maintenance agreements including premium tyre cover, we do this by passing on our savings direct to our customer, we do this to make sure that our customers have the option to secure their maintenance and breakdown agreements, so no unforeseen shocks in the future as all of our maintenance agreements are price protected. The customer always comes first, that is our ethos.

First time leasing a car from Paul, he is very helpful and informative. Paul made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and always answer the questions quickly. Car was also delivered very quickly. Would highly recommend anyone looking to lease a car.

Fantastic service and support

Fantastic service and support! Paul guided me through each process step, from explaining the car leasing process, including credit checks, finding a car, car insurance, and delivery. He was there no matter when I had a question or concern. I honestly don’t believe the entire process could be concluded in a matter of 4-6 weeks without his experience and valuable guidance.

Second time using Paul for car leasing. As before throughly professional. Always answers the phone or phones back ASAP.
Ordered 2 cars and both were delivered on the date agreed.
He is wonderful to deal with and cannot recommend him highly enough. Very personal service provided by MC.S

Paul was really commutative all the way…

Paul was really commutative all the way through the process despite issues with the port authority when the car landed in the UK Paul chased and insured our car was delivered.

A great experience

Being a newbie to the world of car leasing, I first contacted Paul at My Car Solutions with a myriad of questions. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and had all the time in the world for me answering all my questions in detail.

I signed up to lease a Cupra Formenta, Paul made the process very simple and easy to follow and was in contact throughout the whole process.

After the signing up process I was given a date of arrival. My car arrived this morning at 9AM (exactly as requested)

The car itself is exactly what was ordered and i'm so happy with the ongoing service that My Car Solutions have provided.

I could not recommend this company more. Excellent customer service, perfect execution and extremely friendly. Thank you to Paul and the rest of the team.

Excellent Service

Zero service. Traumatic experience.

My Car Solutions said they would match my car lease quote and they did, so I ordered my new VW with them in May of 2024. A delivery date of 21st October 2024 was confirmed, giving a lead-in time of 5 months.

At the start of October I arranged for my old car to be picked up but I was waiting for my new car delivery arrangements on the 21st. I also needed the car registration for the insurance. By 3 days before, on 18th October, I'd heard nothing so I chased it up with MCS.

After phone calls, messages and emails I was told my car wasn't due to be built for another two months in December 2024 - plus delivery time.

No reasons, no explanations, no apologies for the delay.

At short notice I managed to cancel collection of my old car and to hang on to it for a few more weeks. Little did I know I would be repeating this.

2025 arrived.

No car. No delivery date. No reasons. No explanation. No apology.

End of January ditto.

End of February ditto.

By now I really had to hand my old car back, apologising for messing them about.

MCS had become uncontactable. Paul had a car accident and was not responding to phone calls, emails etc. and disappeared from the picture altogether. I had managed to get my VW factory build number so I conducted all further business direct with my local dealership. This was less than perfect. They were obviously not geared up for this arrangement but I had no option. I accepted a new delivery date of 1st March.

March arrived. The car was eventually available 7th March. The dealer explained they had been busy because of all their new '25 plate car sales which had priority. But their customers hadn't had to wait 10 months for their cars.

I have still had no contact from MCS, not even to confirm that I have got the car.

To recap, I gave MCS a 5 month lead-in time to ensure timely delivery. I eventually got the car 5 months late, but only because I chased up the manufacturer and dealer myself.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused, and we fully understand how disappointing delays are, especially after your initial planning.

At your request, we arranged a change to the vehicle’s colour on November 8th 2024, at no additional cost to you.

We also coordinated a delay in delivery into March to align with the new registration plate, as you preferred.

In recognition of the extended wait, we arranged for you to collect the vehicle directly from our supplier’s dealership with a handover from a fleet team member—this was organised by us as a gesture of goodwill, and not something arranged independently.

Regrettably, during this time, I was involved in a serious road traffic accident, as you were aware, and was hospitalised in traction for four weeks.

Despite these circumstances, I continued to support customers as best I could from my hospital bed. I’m sorry that our communication did not meet your expectations, and for the added stress this caused.

We are actively reviewing how we manage communication and customer care during unforeseen events, and that genuine customer feedback helps us improve our services.

The service l received from My Car…

The service l received from My Car Solutions was excellent, from the very beginning of my enquiry Paul was always on hand to offer advice and answer questions. He even carried on working from his hospital bed after being injured in a RTA - he is extremely conscientious and approachable, my car was delivered to my home and right on time.Well done Paul, l won’t hesitate to recommend My Car Solutions.
