I couldn't find insoles for my daughter…
I couldn't find insoles for my daughter in stores, so I looked online. Thanks for the insoles I have bought from TheInsoleStore.com for the last approximately 5 years, she doesn't need surgery to fix her issue. She won't wear shoes without them.

I had a problem with the check out…
I had a problem with the check out process. I entered my payment information but got stuck on the page. I tried to go back to beginning but it wouldn’t let me start over. After about 5 minutes I got a message that my payment couldn’t be processed. Then it gave me the option to restart checkout process. So I had to enter payment again. Frustrating.
