Rubbish, tiny size straight from China not USA as claimed. PayPal won't help you with this one either, want returned at my expense.
I'm cutting my losses and will also avoid PayPal if this is their idea of customer support.

Four weeks after I ordered two items I emailed the company to inquire about the order. The support team replied stating they were working on my "request" and that I would receive the answer in one business day. I never again heard from the support team, and eight weeks after placing my order the items still had not arrived, so I initiated a dispute of the charge on my credit card, as I was not going to pay for something I had not received. Nine weeks after placing the order I finally did receive the items FROM CHINA, NOT AMERICA, in a dented box with absolutely no cushioning. Both items were damaged, and one worked only intermittently. Despite being described as "of high quality" the items are very cheaply made relative to the prices. I gave this allegedly American company a chance and I was very disappointed, but if this is the experience you want Inventive-usa is the company for you! My advice is to buy elsewhere.

It’s been over 20 days since i placed an order at their website and I still haven’t heard back or gotten any updates of my orders! I should have looked at this website before, because I think i just got scammed!

This company operates under three different names: The Inventive Item, The Amazing Item, and Mocchi Trading. They sent an email saying my item was delivered - didn't show the address, just the town name - and I NEVER got it. I did get a reply to my email saying are you sure it didn't go to a family member or neighbor. Um, NO. It's just the two of us in our house and we're both quarantined so...and no, none of my neighbors received it (insert eye roll here). SCAM. I keep asking are you going to refund or replace...no reply. SCAM.

A bunch of thieves, like everyone else is saying this firms refund policy is bogus. I returned product that I was allergic to , said would refund 10-15 days but never have.Go elsewhere. Their products are actually more expensive than other sites anyway.

I purchased a product and returned it back. Now they say they did not recieved it. I do not get any reply on email and have lost my money. This has been going on since last 3 months. Bad bad bad. Dont buy anything or you will lose ur money. Fake company

I ordered two items from this company. I received one of the items but not the second one. The tracking number showed both items arrived on August 14, 2019. I have been trying to get an answer from them since then. They reply saying someone will reply, usually within 24 hours. They never do. I haven't received my money back, the product, or a proper response. It has been over 2 months.

I paid for a very expensive face mask that changes colour and improves your skin.

I changed my mind when I saw there was not enough/adequate protection for my eyes, in my opinion. There was a clear return policy and timescale, which was no problem to me, although I had to pay expensive postage back to China.

I asked the company to confirm the return address, which they did twice. I had to ask again as it slightly differed from the one mentioned within their details.

I returned the item, only to receive it back again (unopened) a few weeks later! Basically the people the other end had not accepted the package!

I wrote again to the company to ask them what on Earth was going on as I had returned the package to them following their instructions. And you have guessed it - reply - there came none!

So, there is no way you, I or anyone else should pay out our hard earned money to these people as we are dealing with a company in China, and we have no protection here.

You may as well buy from a UK based reputable company with a tried and tested returns policy.

Goodness knows how I ended up buying from China - I was seduced, but never again!

I bought a beauty item, £99.00
They sent me a product that was different to the advert. They agreed that I could send it back to China and they would refund my money. I sent it back but have never received my money. I purchased through PayPal who found in the sellers favour!!!! PP have been useless.

I purchased this item which I received. It was in full working order for about 4 weeks. I went to use it one evening and noticed sparks coming out as I attached the adapter to the device. I videoed the issue and sent it to this company. They replied saying they would forward it to the manufacturer. I waited a week and heard nothing so I emailed them twice and still heard nothing. I’ve now contacted trade & standards and filed a complaint. Please everyone do the same.

Wish I could have seen this messages before. This product is completly fake. Instruction doesnt make sense. I ordered it through facebook. Once I received it they were asking me to give a feedback on facebook page in order to get some other massage cream free. This is all fake. My advice please dont buy from this people. These people are from china not US.

If there was a zero I would give it that. They deserve no stars. Never buy from China based companies. They are a dishonest bunch. I pray they are hit with stiff tariffs by our President. They can not be trusted, I ordered the UltraCavitat™ Fat & Cellulite Remover and after opening it and trying to make sense out of their instructions, decided to return it. I did not use the item. After several e-mails they informed me i had to return it to China. It cost 79.97 for the item. Sadly I learned a very valuable lesson . NEVER BUY FROM CHINA or any product made in china or advertised on FACEBOOK becasue they all come form china. They know once you buy their product you are stuck with it and they are laughing like hyenas. I bought from ad on Facebook. Facebook needs to know about all the bad reviews. NOW for ADVICE!! I called my bank and asked what can be done if they do not give you a refund after you return the item. ONE Keep the Receipt and Tracking info from the Post office. If they do not refund your money in a timley manner then file a complaint with your bank, giving them the tracking # and fileone with PayPal if you paid that way. They will duke it out with the seller. The bank assured me they have my back. Paypal requires you contact the seller for resolution first.

Wish I would have seen these before buying. The settings for massage apparently are nothing. It only provides "ultra sound" type of massage-so why have the settings and the level of intensity? How would anyone know if it worked or not if you can't open it or use it? So you can't actually get a full refund. I was so excited but now only disappointed!!!

I ordered a product I never received. I contacted support for the help, but when I asked about refundation of money they started to ignore me. They are cheating people.

I don't recomend this company and I will complain about them to the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network.

Total scam. Shipped from China with a fake promise of a 100% guarantee. All reviews are fake. I left a negative review and they deleted it and blocked me from the site. I am going to complain to BBB and other companies and advice all who have been scammed do the same.

This company is a complete scam! I received my order opened, box torn, product not working and I received an email stating they would refund only if it was unopened and in the original packaging. I explained that I received the product used and already opened. No refund will be issued. Don't do business from China.

I ordered/been charged for product minimum if a month ago. Was noted after sent, unit number of address was wrong. Contacted them numerous times, with responses that reflected no concern to "wait until we get the product returned". Still not settled....my next is Bbb if not settled promptly!

I ordered a product back in May received an email that it shipped on June 20th and finally received it on July 10th. There were no instructions on how to use the product, so after trying to figure it out on my own i decided to return it. There was a 30 day guarantee on this so I emailed to find out how to return it. The reply I received was:
" To process your refund please ship your items to the following address with tracking and delivery confirmation. Provide us with the tracking number and once we have received your items, we will issue the refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

If you change your mind about the items you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unopened and unused. If we inspect that the item has been used, a refund will not be granted.
The item returns to us in its original product packaging with the complete contents.
The item arrives back to us within 30 days of you receiving. (If you are concerned for any reason that this is not possible please contact us ASAP so we may resolve with you).
Use a traceable form of shipping such as a tracking number. Simply a customs number from USPS will not suffice because it does not include full tracking from origin to final destination.

Terrible service!

They could not give me the EU carriers name and tracking number, until it was too late and the package was returned. It was returned due to lack of my contact details by this lame company.

I want my money back, but now they do not reply my mails.

DO NOT fall for the fake reviews like I did!!
As soon as I purchased they emailed me to write a good review and they'd send me another machine free, then email for free products for a good review and I hadn't even received the first order!!
Their website reads 30 day money back guarantee and they do not honor that. also reads if you're unhappy we will make it write, that's another lie.
Since I purchased they are now on their 3rd facebook page, so I'm guess people are reporting them! I also stumbled on 2 separate websites for them. SAVE YOUR MONEY it's all a scam
