Not even deserving 1. Ordered 3rd may, item didn't arrive. Emailed end of may and they would 'investigate''. Left it until middle of June and still no answer. Daily emails to which they aren't even replying to anymore. Asking for refund and not even getting that.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY! Just like everybody else, I believed the Facebook accounts of the 3-in-1 slimming machine. I received it 3 weeks later to find out that it doesn't work and this is a sham. I emailed them (only way to get a hold of them, no 800 number) and sent my video of the non functioning ultrasonic cavitation machine and only emails that they will get back to me shortly. They keep emailing me that they will get back to me and they haven't issued a refund nor anywhere for me to send the defective item. This company is a fraud.

Do not buy!!!! Company refuses to honor their money back guarantee on the product page of their website. Only way to get refund is to return the item UNOPENED to China at your own expense within 30 days.

I too was quick to purchase without seeing the not so good reviews. It took 3 weeks to get and they tried to deliver when I was not home and would not as they said needed a signature and I never agreed to this. Finally I found it at the post office after calling the shipping company. I opened the package and decided I did not want the product as it did not have the gloves that I thought it did.My mistake I admit. Now because I opened it, they said no refund. I have tried numerous times at email and I get the same auto response from Jinky saying I opened the package and it can not be returned...What about that 100% satisfied with product and 30 day back guarantee.....This is a joke...especially since it is going to cost half of the amount I paid to ship it back to China even though the fulfillment house is an hours drive from my home and by reading that others have sent their product back and not receiving a refund, I will gladly throw it away. Lesson learned. Do not purchase from this company. Go to someone else to find the product....Amazon probably has it.

I ordered an item... got lost in us shipping... was told sender had to request inquiry into package. Emailed asking them to do so... over 3 months later and I cannot get a response after I asked for a refund!!! No live person I can speak with, and email is ignored!!! I am out $100 and a lesson learned!!!! My fault, I acknowledge... weak and emotional moment at time of purchase...my sane self would never have even considered it... 🥺 avoid this company at all costs!!!

I received this machine and like everyone else it doesn’t work.... I can’t find an email address to ask for a returns form. Can anyone help?

CANNOT BELIEVE I WAS TAKEN IN BY THIS COMPANY...OBVIOUSLY BASED IN CHINA. YOU ARE LULLED INTO THINKING IT IS FROM THE US BUT IT IS NOT!! AND THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I WISHED TO RETURN AFTER READING A VERY POOR INSTRUCTION BOOK BUT BECAUSE I HAD TAKEN IT OUT OF THE BOX ( NOT TOUCHED ANY OF THE CONTENTS ) THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY....LOOKS LIKE THEY WOULDN'T ANYWAY EVEN IF I HAD SENT IT BACK. AN EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNT....THIS IS GOING IN THE BIN WHERE IT BELONGS......

OMG I almost placed an order just now and something came to my mind to check the reviews besides the one's I saw on facebook and my friends were interested too, will let them know that it's a scam. Thank you guys i almost lost my money.

SCAM!! Total scam. Took 3 weeks to arrive and doesn't even work. I can't even get it turn on. Now they want me to ship it back to China and will get a refund if not used. Well, of course I tried to use it. DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered from The Inventive Item after reading a lot of reviews on the specific product I bought, including watching video testimonials of people who'd used it. I think the product itself probably works, but don't know because the one I received from The Inventive Item specifically doesn't operate. I ordered the product on April 28 and received it on May 21 - more than three weeks later. I sent a video of me testing the product and it not working on May 21 to their customer service email address and requested a refund. Their autoresponse said they get back to you in 1 business day; they did not. I reached out again May 23 and asked, again, for a refund. They asked, again, for a video, which I'd already sent. They finally responded that day and said they'd reach out to their manufacturer. They then emailed me May 27 confirming I wanted a refund, I said yes. I haven't heard anything since nor have I received a refund. I followed up on June 16 and again today, July 11, asking AGAIN and again, for a refund.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. YOU MUST PAY THE $40 PLUS RETURN POSTAGE FEE AND THE ITEM CANNOT HAVE BEEN USED. HOW DO YOU TRY A PRODUCT ON A GUARANTEE AND TEN RETURN IT UNUSED. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

THIS ARRIVED WITH A RETURN ADDRESS IN BIRMINGHAM. IT DID NOTHING AND THERE WERE MANY SPELLING MISTAKES. I TOLD THEM I WAS RETURNING IT THEY SAID IT HAD TO BE RETURNED TO CHINA I TOLD THEM THAT THERE WAS A RETURN ADDRESS ON PARCEL SO WAS SENDING IT THERE. THEY HAVE SIGNED FOR IT AND ACCEPTED IT BACK BUT WILL NOT RETURM MY MONEY OR ANSWER ANY OF MY EMAILS. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK NOW? ITS APPROX £80. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME OR RETURN MY MONEY

Saw the ad in fb and all the comments of plp using it and actually work blablabla . They fool me. I got it. Doesn’t work . Is a scam, is like a toy machine . It says 30 days money back if your not happy with the product , but when I try to contact them , they say had to be unopened and never used . How I suppose to know if it works , if not by using it ? Said is from TX but is China. I hope plp check reviews before buy, is a scam !

I wish I checked these reviews before I bought. I too was scammed by "The Inventive Item" company after seeing a facebook ad that appeared to have legitimate reviews and comments. Their gimmick is that they offered "free expedited shipping" and buy now because they went viral. 3 weeks later, I am still in the dark about when this product is supposed to be delivered.The person who responds to the email keeps giving me different shippers and telling me to wait. Its a total scam and I doubt I will receive the product or ever get my money back. If you are also scammed by this company, please file consumer protection complaints and shut these people down.

Said they were based in Houston, Texas, actually in China. Reviews have been faked and buyers told to give good reviews to fmget free items. Free items never came. Dont reply to emails or Facebook unless it looks like you're going to buy. Shipping took weeks (they said because of popularity, actually because coming from China). EMS function DOESN'T WORK! The pads DON'T WORK! They lied on paypal so cant get a refund. Not convinced any other functions on machine work either, it just heats up!

Facebook shows several great reviews so i thought id give it a try. I messaged them to ask where the product would ship from and they replied that they were based in Houston, TX in the US. Three days later received shipping info via email and the tracking showed it was coming from China. I have messaged and emailed regarding this and havent gotten any reaponse. Im pretty sure I've been scammed.

do not fall for this it's been over a month and they keep saying that it shipped the tracking number they give me some show somewhere in China and they will not refund you they say satisfaction guarantee it's a lie I've asked for refund since 2 hours after I ordered it and a month later they still will not give it to me and I still do not have the products this is the biggest scam ever

This is a sham company. I did not want to allocate any stars but with Trustpilot I have to give one star in order to proceed. I purchased a product that did not declare on Facebook ad that it was not suitable for use with certain medical conditions. A danger in itself to customers with problem health. The item took weeks to arrive and the tracking system was non operational. After loads of emails I finally received the product 5 weeks later. Immmediately realised that I couldn’t use it because of health so I emailed for return address and refund. It cost me £15.80 to return it with a tracking and signed for facility. The company signed for it on 5th May before noon. I emailed to confirm this but Jinky Sayo replied with “we have to wait until it’s marked delivered” and then we’ll give you a refund, I disputed this as the item was already with them. I have been emailing constantly for the past month and still no refund. I have just had to approach my credit card company to try and resolve it. I also informed the Chinese Embassy that there is a scam company operating. Please do not buy from these people as they are not in USA. They are in China and are very bad people who will steal your money.
