I purchased a used iPhone from iOutlet. It arrived quickly & was as good as described in the advert, if not better. It was sold to me at a very competitive price with a good guarantee. I set the phone up how I wanted it & for the next 2 months I was over the moon with it. Although everything looked normal with the phone, when my wife came home in the afternoon one Sunday she said she had sent me texts & tried to call me. She moaned that I hadn't answered her texts or rang her back. I told her the phone hadn't made the sound it makes when it get's a msg & there was no symbol on the msg icon telling me I had a msg, also it had not rang at all. When I told her that she said all she got was a recorded message saying the phone was not available. This was a Sunday so I waited until Monday morning then called iOutlet, this is when I got my eyes opened regarding iOutlet as a company The young man I spoke to instantly said please don't worry about this just send it back to us using the label included with the phone and we will get it sorted or if need be, replaced. I explained I no longer had or could find the label, again, instantly the reply was don't worry I'll email all you need to you,& his email was there before we finished our call. I posted the phone back to them that Monday afternoon. Thursday I got an email from them telling me the phone had been on test for more than 24 hrs with no problems showing up. There was one other test they wanted to do tomorrow. He said there may be a chance they may be able to get the phone in the post tomorrow afternoon but at the worst case it would be posted to me on Monday to arrive on Tuesday. At this point I asked if there would be a charge for them testing the phone when there was possibly nothing wrong with it & this would cost them the return postage. I received an email straight away from them telling me there would be no charge at all, they were only to happy to look after their customers. It was suggested it could have been an issue with my service provider, I contacted them & explained what had happened on what day's but they said, without even checking "No" we haven't had any issues, I had no choice but to take them at their word. True to iOutlet word my phone arrived Tuesday morning, I put my sim card back in turned it on & it's been brilliant ever since. Despite the problems I am happy to say this has been a very good shopping experience for me with the iOutlet team. A great product from a caring company with great after sales service. I am very happy to say I will be using them again when I want any other item they sell.

Easy ordering and good delivery. Having ordered a refurbished phone through a different company initially and having a bad experience right from the delivery stage, I was worried about trying again. Luckily the phone works this time, massive improvement and my daughter seems very happy with it. It did have a few more chips to casing than I would have expected for grade A but the cover does conceal these (guessing previous owner didn’t use a cover). Hoping the phone continues to work well in which case I would use ioutlet again (much better than BackMarket😉)
