Sadly this instrument did not help to insert the charm into the bracelet! I reverted back to my old way of using a knife.this tool was useless 😞

The product makes it so much easier, it has a ribbon that goes round your neck which is great - you don’t have to put it down when you’re removing links etc. it made removing links and putting a link back on 100x easier. Would definitely recommend
