After I had bought the bracelet, with one charm already attached, I tried to fix a second charm and found there was no way of doing it. In a way, I was forced to order the tool afterwards as I could do nothing without it. I felt it really should have come with the bracelet, which comes in a very small size until you add more links. I have yet to use it but hopefully it will make the job easier.

I still haven't received this item and when trying to track it through Royal mail they don't have it either .
Ordering was easy delivery was ok but due to Royal Mail back log took a bit longer service was goid
