Brilliant customer service. Wanted to exchange a watch which was purchased as a gift so called up and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who explained the process. The new watch was with us in a matter of days. Very happy customer!

Shocking
I was led to believe that I was getting a 15% first purchase discount that didn't happen, apparently it didn't apply to the item purchased . In the small print but too tiny to see . Also I was meant to be getting free delivery but that didn't happen 😕 because they didn't add on the gift wrapping service that I asked for. Also the item was advertised as sterling silver but was actually stainless Steel. I spoke to customer service about my experience but wasn't shown any sympathy. I won't be using them again.
