I ordered by bed about a month ago, says it was delivered 3 days ago, but i received nothing. I’ve emailed them 3 times, and no response. This company is a scam. And i think we all need to file a lawsuit for these shadey business practice.

I'm reading some of these reviews and I'm like, THIS 100%. I ordered April 3rd. Funds were immediately withdrawn. Nothing for 3 weeks. Emailed twice, waited, no response. Contact bank to dispute.

I ordered 2 waterproof inflatable beds on April 8th and like the rest on here. Never got my merchandise. It's pretty sad that low life's have to take people's money and run with it and avoid people when they are called out. Bunch of cowards these scammers are. So called companies like this should be brought down and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This isn't fair and something should be done about it. Sad!

Total scam!!! Took my money & never received my items …. It says delivered but I didn’t get anything!!!

I ordered a fold out bed April 3, 2023 and money was immediately taken from my account immediately. I was sent a tracking number that doesn't work and shows error ! I emailed you all with no avail today makes a month with no form of feedback no further tracking info or anything... This is terrible and it seems like everyone who was looking at the bed and ordered are all saying the same things. It’s sad that you are advertising legitimate products but commuting fraud to people who all they want is their product. At this point I will be contacting my financial institution and filing a report in the morning. I am so glad that I didn’t delete the email

I ordered a fold out bed April 6. My money was taken from my account immediately. I was sent a tracking number that doesn't work! I emailed the address which was given. No response! After a month I have not gotten any kind of response from this company!!!!

I ordered 2 Twin fold out beds on 3/28/23 took my money. Says delivered it was neverrrr delivered where the hell is my order. Ive tried to call out of service write no one ever emails me. Im going to make sure no one orders from this scam

I ordered a travel bag from you guys, come to find out, it has a different website than is posted; (something from China). No e-mail, no tracking #, no correspondence of any kind!! I ordered this waterproof, expandable travel bag b/c I have a trip soon. Really got hipped again! Companies ought to be ashamed! I’m so glad there’s a GOD above. Everyone will pay for their “intentional” wrong deeds!!

I ordered the queen-sized folding bed in January 08, 2023, and received an order number at the time that I placed the order. I received an email order confirmation on January 09, 2023, with a tracking number. I have yet to receive my order. When I tracked the order using the tracking number provided, it showed that my order had been delivered to a totally different address and stated that the order was successfully delivered. I wanted to believe that this was a legitimate company and not a scam, but maybe I was wrong. I you can help restore my faith be do so by rectifying gross error!

I ordered a fold out bed In April and got a message yesterday saying I need to pay money for the shipping to be completed, the tracking number gives you no information and matches no package in the system. Like it’s a fake I will be filing a complaints tomorrow with my bank

I have bought and received many gifts for/from family and friends from the kind store. Their products are lovely especially their range of soaps. Prompt delivery and lovely packaging make for a good shopping experience.

The website is easy to navigate and the store carries a good selection of plastic free products for the home and body. Items were beautifully packaged and arrived securely packaged. I loved the free sample soap too. I will definitely shop here again.

So happy to have stumbled upon this shop, they really care about what they sell, and research everything before stocking the products. I feel confident to purchase with them.

The items I bought arrived super fast, even during Covid lockdown, in re-usable packaging. I love their ethos, and will certainly be back in future.

Swapped to Ben & Anna toothpaste because of them, really nice, like 'normal' toothpaste but in glass jars not un-recyclable plastic. Also their shampoo bars are awesome, not soap masquerading as shampoo bars (which are ugh) but actual shampoo bars designed for hair ;)
