Disappointing Experience with The Kings…

Disappointing Experience with The Kings School – Look Elsewhere

Avoid dealing with the school and its finance team as the services lack professionalism.

The Kings School at Lakesmere House Arlington Lane, Fair Oak, Hampshire- our experience with their administration has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional. Key issues include:
1. Poor Record Management: Payment receipts were unavailable, and despite repeated follow-ups. Be aware of false statements as they do not follow fee structure provided to parents.
2. Lack of Fee Transparency: Fee breakdowns and additional charges (like an enrichment fee) were not explained upfront, leading to confusion and numerous emails for clarification.Sibling Discount Issues: We were burdened with proving a discount entitlement due to the school’s lack of clear records.
3. Communication Failures: Emails were only sent for months to wrong email address.
4. Excessive Follow-Ups: Over a year of follow-ups via emails and monthly school visits yielded no resolution until the issue escalated unnecessarily.

The lack of transparency, poor communication, and administrative mismanagement overshadow the school’s strengths. I strongly recommend parents look for alternative schools that prioritize education, extra curricular activities, professionalism and effective communication.
