The Kitman Reviews

I was looking for a scarf that my daughter wanted from Real Madrid and couldn’t find it anywhere until I found your wed site I ordered the scarf that my daughter wanted on February 25 and came on march 5 when I give it to her as a birthday present. She was so happy Thank you so much . I would recommend your wed site to my family and friends

Brilliant clothes at excellent prices done by a top notch bloke

Brilliant service, quick delivery, the parcel was in good condition etc

Have ordered online and visited in person twice with my children. It is the first place my eldest wanted to visit with his Christmas money! They loved looking through the rails and the extensive colletion of genuine football shirts. Kitman himself provides a great service and is really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Very good store and stunning products

We were recommended about the kit man from a family friend as my son loves football.

Drove over this afternoon and enjoyed looking through the rails of football shirts history.

My son was chuffed with his finds - 1 Man Utd home and a Barca training top.

We will look forward to our next visit and the friendly service

I found the jersey I was looking for in great conditions and an amazing price. The delivery to Mexico was just one week. Great Shop

Good website and easy to order.
Didn't get an acknowledgement of order or payment which was a bit concerning but called and although went to answerphone they called back and gave me the delivery information and eased any concerns.
Shirt turned up as they said and all good.
I would use them again

Amazing collection and a top bloke runs the shop. Absolutely worth visiting!

Absolutely fantastic! There is nothing Kitman doesn’t have and the quality is great. I would recommend him to anyone looking for vintage and special shirts, shorts and scarves or anything you need. Ask and you shall get.

Great Italy 98 top - quick delivery and excellent service.

My husband chose what he wanted I ordered it forgetting that we where due to go on holiday so I arranged with a neighbor to take it in if it arrived before we got back but the day before we left it arrived he was really pleased so well done

Delivered very quickly. Spot on for Grandson.

Great shirt and fast free delivery. Thank you!

We called into the Kitman on an off chance. The Kitman himself was totally accommodating and genuinely a very nice guy. He is a passionate sports fan who’s built this wonderful company from scratch but still has the customer’s best interests at heart. You would struggle to meet a nicer person/businessman. I wish him all the best for the future. I hope we can do business again.
Thank you very much for allowing us to come to your shop
From Chris and Iwan

I ordered two things on TheKitman. Payment went okay, after that I waited about one week for the information regarding tracking. I wrote an email and in reply I get feedback message with tracking number.

For delivery I waited one and half month but its because of shipment to Poland.

Thanks a lot! :)

Item never arrived. No reply to my messages. No tracking provided. Now going through PayPal for a refund. Really poor service on all counts. Definitely won’t use again and advise others not to.

Very good service. Fast and excellent delivery service.

Very prompt delivery and good communication

Amazing and friendly customer experience, the shirt arrived quickly and was as described, would definitely recommend and would shop here again.
