Lovely colours but I found that it lost its shape quickly after washing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
Unfortunately, hand knits. when washed can become very heavy, which can then pull them out of shape whilst they're in the machine. We would normally advise to hand-wash hand makes as they can be very delicate, even though washing instructions often advise they can be machine washed.
We're sorry again for any disappointment caused.
To get the garment back to shape, you could try tumble drying the garment once it is completely dry. It may be best to do this on a low heat for a very short amount of time, keeping an eye on it.
