Absolutely no customer service, no reply to messenger or website contact - not convinced that they are even a UK company.

No idea how ‘fast’ delivery equates to 9 days and it’s still not arrived.

All I expect is an update - but being ignored makes the experience feel like a crappy Facebook purchase from China.

Update in response to your reply - I did tell you my emails had gone offline in a FB message - which you didn’t reply to.
If you aren’t in a position to check them - it would be better to remove the option, then customers don’t feel ignored.
I do not consider waiting over 7 days to be fast from a UK company. As for the constant blaming of covid? No one else seems to have a problem with postage in the UK.

Why should anyone spend money with a supposed uk company when they could get probably the same product on Amazon for much less ?

First regarding the product; The cable are genuinely the best usb cable that I and the roommate used. The cables (V3 version) is sturdy and the magnet strong as advertised. Plus you get plenty of the plugs for your accessories.

Their costumer service is great and they are nice. Considering they are a small family business I was surprised and happy to see them answer in a good timeframe.

All in all I recommend trying their V3 version of the cable if you are looking into the product

Orderd 4 cables. One lasted 2 days and stopped working. Tried contacting them online - no response. Tried emailing - email bounces back. So much for money back guarantee and 24/7 support. Buyer beware, I would stay away......rip off merchants with no soul...take your money but no support

I bought the last cable for speedy charging with the hope that android auto would work as well, as stated in the product info. What a wonderful product this is, my tablet and phone charge in no time AND oh my god, my android auto was quicker loading up than with the cable the phone came with. I am exceedingly happy with my cables. Thank you

I am disabled with very limited hand mobility and no control of fine motor skills. These cables are a game changer for me. I bought 4, broke one, and am ordering 6 more, so that will show my level of satisfaction. I have different devices that between them use all three connector types, so I just leave the plugs in the device and everything connects magnetically, uniformly and hassle free! (IPhone, iPad, headphones and sat nav.). I can also connect the cables to my wheelchair and charge everything from its battery, when I’m on the go.

My original email concern is below:
"I received my cables on Saturday at last and began using them on my iPad and Android phone. I have to say I’m a bit disappointed. Firstly, I think the speed of which they charge is much slower than the frayed cable that we are wanting to replace for the iPad. Secondly, when my wife uses it she doesn’t find it reliable since it seems to charge on and then off when she sets it down or holds it in her hand before setting it down. Reliability is paramount. Thirdly, we are each getting messages from our respective devices (Apple & Android) recommending that we use a cable that was recommended for our device. This doesn’t give us a comfortable feeling that the cable is not affecting our batteries. Are these cables designed for high power, high end charging or can they be made in a manner that executes this better?

With the above said I do like the feel of the wrapper, color and rotating joint. However, these positives are outweighed by the negatives.

I was very happy to receive my order. Having used your item I am confident that it will indeed be my last cable. I have recommended this product to my family and will definitely be buying more for my own use.

Really well made cables and connectors that deliver what they say. Very good value - and well named !!

The product has been good, be mindful you may need to alter a phone or tablet external cover to fit the round magnet connected to the plug, this was easy for me.
I have swapped a few of the connecter plugs around as my ipad seems to be a little unstable with charging, but I think its the devise contacts rather than the plug. Overall happy.

the product is good BUT support / response from customer service is non existent, they never reply to any emails.....very frustrating

your email address does not work, it just bounces back! probably why you don't respond to anyone......needs to be sorted out.

I'm very happy with my order, no more messy cables around the house. All my family want them for themselves.

Arrived faster than expected given the shipping from the UK. Have only used them for a few weeks now but I’m really happy with them. It’s great to have the magnetic attachment always in the device and then just use any of the cords available attached to my usb hub. No more searching for the right cable, any will do!

I got the family pack and absolutely love them fast postage to. Charges all our devices and very quickly. Can't recommend enough. A +++ PRODUCT

As anyone can see the reply to my last review was exactly as I stated in my review - a rehash of every reply they have sent me. I will now be taking this up with my credit card to get my money back as the last cable refuse to accept responsibility for non delivery.

Horrible experience. Cables did not work and wanted me to send them back to England at a cost of $60 for replacement. Refused to offer a refund or to send me cables that work. Don’t waste your money.

After this review the company then offered a refund but I had already thrown the cables away. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!

Be very careful if you buy these cables, I purchased 4 X 2m and 4 X 1m of these cables.
1 of the 2m ones worked only intermittently, and these guys didn't believe that I had an issue, so much so that I had to arrange a refund through my bank, dispute their supposed money back guarantee !
Tonight I was using one on my Samsung tablet PC, and I could smell a plastic burning smell, so I removed the cable which was very hot and it still was glowing red even after I removed the lead, which is now burnt out?

And if they hadn't stuffed me around for so long until I involved PayPal dispute resolution team, I guess I'd still be waiting for them to make their "generous" offer of replacing the two faulty cables?

I love the cables. I ordered 2 cables and an extra set of 3 micro USB magnets so that I can fit one in each device I own. The postal service seems to be letting this product down. I did have to wait a few weeks from order to delivery and even queried the tracking info as I have been scammed before. I think the company should change the carrier they use or be more honest with delivery expectations. Other than that, I am delighted and can offer charging facilities for my iPhone owner friends too as the pack comes with multiple adapters.

I ordered on 16th June for a Fathers Day present. It's 27th now and I'm still waiting unfortunately.
The Last Cable have been in touch following my query and say its been dispatched. Royal Mail tracking not giving any info.
I know this isn't the company's fault and delays happen but I can't give higher mark until my son gets it.
