Quick personal service
Due to an updated manufacturer order number, the incorrect bulbs initially arrived, but this was quickly sorted out with a phone call and the correct ones arrived within 24h. So rare to speak to a person rather than a chatbot to sort problems out! Will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service.
The light bulbs were initially out of stock but they let me know and kept me informed as they waited for replenishments. They dispatched them immediately following a phone conversation so I received them on time.
