Very pleased with the end result of The Leicestershire Landscaping Company’s remodel of my back garden. The chaps were all friendly, helpful and very polite; seemed an incredible mess for a few weeks but then they tidied up brilliantly. Looking forward to watching the plants fill out and bloom.

Great response to initial enquiry. Booked a visit but had to pay a fee of £250 upfront. After serious thought I realised that I didn’t want to pursue a design (quoted £2500 purely for the design) which would have been the next step. I emailed the day before the visit was booked and said I wouldn’t take the enquiry any further as I thought a builder would be more suitable as I had a very specific idea with no planting schemes or 3D glasses needed to visualise it. I would have wasted their time. I asked for the £250 fee back twice. It told 2 weeks for them to reply politely but said no I’d given them too short notice. I think this is unfair and I dodged a bullet not using them to do a design and ultimately the work in my garden. I think the process is financially loaded very heavily in their favour and would avoid.

We booked this company after my wife and I had decided to get rid of our scrappy front lawn. Miles and Ben came along initially to look at the garden and tell us more about what they could do, listening to our ideas and suggesting ones of their own. Subsequently they brought along some stunning computer-generated images of what the garden could look like. Another specialist visited later to discuss our choice of plants. Once the work started it was carried out very efficiently and professionally and the result looks great. We'd recommend this company most highly.
