SCAMMM

SCAMMM! STAY AWAY

Fraud and Misleading! I had purchased a cheap bundle from this so called fraud library, but never explicitly subscribed for a membership and they charged me for membership and is never willing to refund despite several emails and explanation. Is there any way to SUE this fraud.

SCAMMERS

I also was duped by this advertisement and subsequent extraction from my account by looking at the quick order of the books and I just noticed they've been taking money from my account for the last 4 or 5 months. I've canceled the subscription and I actually want my money back. Yet another scam. Nothing but a big scam.

Do not fall for their ploys.

I bought a one day only deal for 4 books. I did not sign up for membership. For the past two months they have been trying to subtract money from my bank account bi-weekly! Sometimes $53 and other times $17. It is costing me money to refuse payment every time. Sticking like %^*t to a wool blanket. Do not fall for their ads. You will be sorry.

Attention

I registered and paid but received neither a confirmation nor a link. My credit card is now being charged for 3 items with a total value of over €90 instead of for 2 items that I bought for a total value of €45.00. I regret that I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. I have now reported the fraud to my bank.

They exist to scam not serve

Yep, they started taking money from my account monthly even though I tried my best to ensure I wasn't signing up for anything extra when purchasing some (it turns out useless) books. Read the extra small fine print or better still, avoid these cowboys altogether.

It was set up as a scam, so why bother with quality content?

Fraudulent "Life Hack Library" membership scam is classic bait and switch which re-bills and drains your credit card monthly. The sign-up mechanics exist that you are tricked to believe that you get a two week trial membership alongside any purchase, whether you were interested in receiving the free trial membership or not, after which the site charges you USD$20 per month without your authorisation. It’s not a choice; it’s an imposition; critically, that "freebie" is not opt-in, nor optional, rather it is opt-out - and there is no option to opt out during the billing process! It is a scam, pure and simple. Shameful. Behold the number of complaints of customers being scammed here. Separately, "library" content is unoriginal, uninspired—why bother with quality when deception is the currency? As widely reported here on Trustpilot, you cannot simply opt-out once you are captive to the billing process - no matter what BS their representative may claim in their replies on Trustpilot. Never trust a criminal. Nor will you be able to get your proceeds refunded. My one-off $5 purchase of a social media package, ended up costing me USD$160, before I discovered their deception via a chance discovery on my credit card statement. I can kiss that money goodbye. These people are blatantly dishonest, stealing money from innocent folks and exploiting their trust . Shame on these low life criminals. I hope they get what's coming. Personally, I intend to hunt them down and ensure that their business model is destroyed and they are jailed. They know that I have the very connections across social media and banking to do just that. Lastly, would the representative of Life Hack Library please explain the fake Trustpilot Trustscore 4.8 / 487 Reviews badge on your checkout page - when we can all see your real score is 1.2 / 65 Reviews and rated "bad" by this website. Tell us you're not complete frauds. Richard H, Editor-in-Chief/Publisher, Agency Asia Magazine

Stay away from them

Stay away from them. When you order, they throw in a subscription that you have to pay 20 dollars a month for. It's in very small print. I'm sure I didn't actively opt-in, yet suddenly I was a member. It's a business model where you lure people in with a great offer and then get them hooked on a subscription model without them realising. Bad style!

Bought a book bundle - got a monthly membership I didn’t want

Bought a book bundle, got the invoice and receipt. Great. But somehow I got charged for multiple months for this monthly membership I didn’t sign up for. They claimed that I signed up for a free 14 day trial when I bought the book bundle. Maybe I did and didn’t realize. However, they never send a receipt or invoice or anything for this purchase so it slips under your radar and therefore you don’t realize you’re being charged for it unless you catch it on your bank statement. Also, when I found the website and logged in, I looked under my order history and could not find this purchase there either. And there was no simple way to find and cancel this. I emailed them and they offered to cancel my membership, give me a $20 gift card to their library, but no refund for the months I had been paying for a service I didn’t know I was paying for…

Very scammy. Definitely be very wary of purchasing anything from them. Double check everything very closely. Shady business practices.

Good luck.
