Great but timing could be improved
The contents of the sensory box are spot on and very useful but it would be helpful to receive them earlier in the three month window for which they are intended. I got the 3-6 month box when my son was 5 months old.

I’m really pleased to hear that you are happy with the contents of the subscription boxes that you have received so far.
Unless you specify the age of your child when placing the order - either by adding a note to the order or by emailing, then I will not know how old your child is.
Payment and dispatch for the following box will always be exactly 3 months after you initially placed the order as it is a quarterly subscription. However, if you require the next box to be moved forward to an earlier date (in order to match up with your child’s age) then that can be changed with no problem whatsoever – you just have to email (hello@thelittlesensorybox.com) to let me know so that I can change the timings on the system. Once the date has been changed, the next box’s payment and dispatch will be exactly 3 months on from that date, and so on.
I am going to email you now so that we can rearrange the schedule so that your next box will arrive exactly when you need it to. Once this has been changed to an earlier date, this will resolve your issue and all of the other boxes will follow accordingly.

Just what I was looking for
Just what I was looking for. My granddaughter was born prematurely at 23 weeks and so for her 1st birthday I was looking for something special to help with her development. Jess was so helpful, I knew the subscription box for her age would be too far advanced for Orla so she helped me choose a suitable starter box, I settled on the 3-6 month as she was between that and the 6-9 month. My stepdaughter was thrilled with the box, the toys were perfect for Orla and she even said that she had been looking to buy her one of the items. The toys were excellent quality and well worth the subscription.

Very good, there was an issue with posting as I did not put the number of my house on the address page but it was sent back out as soon as the shipping was paid again.
Staff were lovely and contacted me to keep me updated with the status of my new delivery.

Ordered a little selection of toys for my little girls first birthday , infanito lights & sounds multi set , mobi peeka mirror & petit boum float bottle , studio circus rattles & studio circus hammer bench , all came in a box nicely packaged and a nice little personal thankyou for supporting the buisness touch with my order which Is lovely overall really happy with the quality of each individual item the mirror is my little girls favourite she kisses herself and slavers all over it but it’s really cute ! The infanito lights & sounds multi set is great there’s a leaf sensory ball in this set that lights up different colours but they’re all different and great in there own way , hammer bench is another hit all the colourful wood blocks seem to grab my daughters attention she’s always changing which one she would like to hold , the studio rattle is lovely I chose one with giraffes face it’s just adorable , and the petit float bottle is great if your child likes to hold bottles ect so I’m happy with all I recieved I would definitely recommend the toys are great quality and would definitely keep your little one entertained

I’ve been ordering the box since our grandson was born in 2021 I was only going to order for the first year everything that comes are well made and he enjoys opening the box the last box he got had a whistle sounds like a train he’s 2 in may and he now takes it everywhere and blows it then says all aboard everything he’s received as help his development from birth to today 5stars

Disappointed
I've used the service before and was impressed, however I've ordered a sensory box for my daughter's birthday and I've been really disappointed. I really don't feel the contents are equivalent to what I've paid never mind worth more. it's a real shame because I really love the concept.

Arrived much later than advertised
Arrived much later than advertised. Had to chase the order and only when I eventually got a reply back was it dispatched. The order was a gift for a baby shower that didn't arrive in time
