Some of the items are really cheap looking and I expected more for £45. Feel there should be some educational information for the parents included, detailing what’s inside and why etc.
Overall, I was disappointed. I have a subscription and will assess after the next box if I continue with it.

Our little boy had surgery recently and we had to entertain him in away without him moving to much and was recommended this company by another friend and it was the best recommendation ever! It helped us to still play and and interact with him but make sure he wasn’t moving about too much. Have recommended this company already to loads of friends with little ones.

I've got my box delivered to the wrong address (by my mistake). They not only sent me a new box but helped me to change my subscription's address. Excellent customer service, excellent toys selection. I highly recommend it

First time ordering and a couple days after got a refund due to the item not being available so they couldn't send it, was a little disappointed. =(

Such a great company! I was struggling on what to get my best friend for the arrival of her little girl because she had absolutely everything but then I come across the sensory subscription box where a new age appropriate box of sensory toys are sent every 3 months and loved the idea. The first box has been delivered and is full of beautiful toys suitable for newborn babies all black and white. Can’t wait for the rest of them to be sent! Worth the money spend and more!

Product (Tissue box) was as expected but delivery was very slow (over a week from getting my dispatch email).
Have been waiting for the product to come vack in stock and glad I got to order it.

I started with the subscription box for 3-6 months and we loved it and the 6-9 month. However; the last one we received unfortunately was not as great (9-12 months). The contents looked cheap and when I looked into the age range for the products most of them were for 12 months +. It was a shame as we looked forward to receiving the boxes.

I’ve always loved TLSB. I’ve been a return customer since 2019. Their range is constantly evolving, getting bigger and better. We’ve recently received our 9-12 box and we were so impressed with all of the contents. We can’t wait for play time!

Had our years worth of subscription boxes and really sad there won’t be another. Baby has loved the contents of each box and still plays with most of the toys still. People always ask where I got such interesting and baby-loved stuff (I should ask for commission really…!)

Amazing surprise boxes which I had found them sooner. I ordered the Christmas surprise box for £30 and I was surprised at was was in inside for what I paid,lots of different products.My son is 11months old and I can see that these toys will last him a long time. I will definitely recommend to my friends with younger babies.

I found the box was not worth the money. I didn’t realise it was £47 for one box! The items I received did not amount to that. I have found better boxes with better items for cheaper. Am absolutely gob smacked at what I received for the price 3-6 months box- a water mat, sparkling bottle and two other items not worth the money even with the discount code. Disappointing:(

I have signed up for the full year of boxes as something different for my new baby. I have two older children and had fallen in to the trap of too many plastic toys that they didn’t really play with when they were younger. We have received the first box and I am so impressed - all of the items are age and developmental-stage appropriate and they come with prompts and ideas to get the best out of them so I’m not just waving things in her face. I would fully recommend to anyone looking for something different to have at home or even as a gift, it really is a fantastic concept.
