What a joke I ordered in March 67 days ago they refuse to refund me keep telling me it just shipped with a bogus tracking number

I ordered the Ethiopian Bible on 3/19/26. Tracking shows still not picked up by shipper. I requested a refund today and was informed

"Hi William,
I understand how important it is for you to receive either your package or the amount you spent for your order. Unfortunately, while I truly wish I could fulfill this request for you immediately, your order has already been processed. At this stage in the logistics process, we are unable to intercept the package or reverse the transaction.

Definitely a scam site.

LIES! It's been 2 months waiting for a delivery promised in 5 days. As far as I can see it has never been shipped from CHINA. They claim they can't issue a refund because the order was processed. I'm done contacting them, I have filed a complaint with SHOP and I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC. They make false claims on their site. Check out their 90 day risk free guarantee: read it, study it, pray with it, then if you don't like it send it back for a full refund. Then go to their refund policy that states 30 days, must be unopened and unused, and a 27% refund fee! LIES! I urge anyone else with these issues to go to the FTC. If enough of us complain hopefully this SCAM will get shut down.

Ordered 2 months ago, never received, tracking from China never budged from "in transit". Contacted support several time. Refused to refund and give no reason for shipping delay nor do they try to resolve issue. Made a complaint to BBB. This is a scam.

I would give 0 if it were possible. Never revived merchandise. Refused to give a refund. Told me to be patient and only sent bogus tracking information.

Must be a scam. I never received the order placed on 4/3/26 and asked for a refund and told they couldn’t since it was processed and as of 5/24, I never received the order

An order was placed on 3/31/26. It is now 5/23/26 and no order has been received. Life gets busy, i completely forgot this had been ordered. NO emails regarding the order. Just a charge against my account for the item and no item ever received. RUN!!

If a zero was available I would give them that. This company is a scam I have reported them. It has been two months and still nothing. They want give me a refund. I was so excited about getting my bible. 😒

Scam company. Their MO is to keep you hoping your order will arrive until the chargeback window times out. Start the chargeback process now. Your order isn't going to arrive and they will not refund your money.

If I could give negative reviews I would!!!! This is a scam, order the book almost two months ago. They refuse to give me back my money so now I have no book and out the money!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

This so called company ripped me off to on the Ethiopian Bible. Ordered in March. They can go to hell.

I ordered an Ethiopian Bible on March 30, 2026. As of 5/15/26, I am still waiting; they will not let me cancel my order or issue a refund. Do not deal with this company. They are a total scam.

This is the worst. Ordered in early April, money immediately taken out of my account. It's the middle of May & nothing delivered. No contact available, just this. Guess The Living Word Ethiopian Bible is a scam, & trust pilot is as bad if they can't help me contact them. Live & learn.

I ordered the complete ethiopian bible on March 14th. I have reached out to them a few times to inquire about the shipping, since they haven't bothered to keep me updated. I understand that they can be swamped with orders, but having absolutely no contact with customers is a good way to lose business. Well, it's been two months now, and I have yet to hear anything or get a delivery. I believe this company is only out to get people's hard-earned money. If you are smart, do not order from thelivingword. Save your money to spend at a legit business because this one is not!

I've been waiting for 7 weeks now for my order to arrive from, The living word online shop. Through tracking information it shows that absolutely nothing has happened, but when I complained and told them I wanted a refund, automatically a new tracking number shows up, and they tell me that my order is going to be arriving soon, but then looking at that tracking number nothing has happened. They were very quick to take the money out of my account so therefore I look at this as a type of theft, because they're collecting interest on the money that they took from my account without delivering a product that I paid for. So now what they've done by placing another tracking order on it, and showing that it's been shipped or being shipped, it throws me into the category of their refund policy, which they could apply 27% on the refund, and I'm guessing that would be prior to giving me my money back. I am seriously P.O. and will never do business with these people again.

Ordered and Paid for the Bible on April 4, 2026, It has never arrived and today is May 11, 2026.

Ordered TWO MONTHS AGO and have yet to receive it. They keep saying it’s already shipped but I’m no longer believing them. Prob scam???? Do not buy until they start making this right.

I thought I was getting a deal but instead I got scammed. I ordered 2 of The Ethiopian bibles for a total of $74.93. The funds were taken from my account on 3/19/26. 0ne bible was $49.95 and the other $24.93. I've received no correspondence from them. All I have to go on is a reference number from my account. I thought maybe it was delayed or something, but almost 2 months later and I still have nothing. If anyone has a phone # so I can reach out to them, please post it.
