Scammers, beware....…

I ordered from this company one time and now, they have tried to take money out of my account 3 times!!!
I placed a one time order, not a recurring order. They are scammers. I don't even know how to stop them. I NEVER gave them permission to do this plus, they dont even send me any product. They just keep trying to steal my money . How can I stop this? SCAMMERS....

I finished the entire bottle waiting…

I finished the entire bottle waiting for improvement in bloating or energy. NOTHING. If anything, I felt more swollen and uncomfortable. I reached out to support and got silence. The marketing claims feel completely misleading. Definitely not worth the price.

Works well, just make sure to check your subscription settings

So I ordered Smooth Skin as a one time purchase and didn't realize the subscription option was pre-selected at checkout. I got a shipping notification for a second bottle and was confused. I emailed their support and they cancelled it and refunded me within like 4 days which was fine. Just a heads up to double check at checkout. As for the actual product, its really good. I've been taking it for about 5 weeks and the cellulite on my arms has gotten noticeably better. I'll probably reorder when I run out but on my own terms haha. 4 stars because the product itself is great but the checkout thing was a bit annoying.

increased anxiety from taking it

This actually made my anxiety spike. I stopped taking it and within days I felt normal again. That alone says enough.

Shipment received quickly, but it was incomplete

I received a shipment within a week, however, I purchased 5 bottles, on the Buy 3 Get 2 Free Promo. I only received 3 bottles. I notified them by email the next day. Never received a response. I received a couple sales emails and responded to one 7 days after started taking, and shared my experience of being very bloated, heavier and gassy. She indicated the initial first couple weeks was the uncomfortable stage with body adjusting. After 30 days, I did not feel there was anything different happening for me, so I emailed to again notify them I never received the 2 free bottles, but also that I wanted to take advantage of their satisfaction guarantee for a refund within 60 days. There was not a waybill in the packaging, and they now requested this. I only had a picture of the 3 bottles i did receive. They would refund the unopened bottles only, after they received them. No address provided to ship them to. I sent them screenshots of their no risk offer of no questions asked for returns. They then came back and said they talked with management, and they would offer me 50% refund back on the unopened bottles. So now they've reduced the amount of refund agreed to by half. This is crazy. Don't touch them.
Update Apr2026: they came back and said the 50% refund quote was a mistake on their part. I was eligible for 100% of unopened bottles. Provided me a USA return warehouse address. Product has been returned, so now just awaiting a refund.

Good product, just give it time

started taking the Lymphatic Drainage capsules because my legs always felt heavy and swollen by the end of the day. I'm 47 and on my feet a lot for work. The first month I honestly wasn't sure if it was doing anything. But around week 5 or 6 I realized I wasn't elevating my legs every single evening anymore. The puffiness has definitely gone down. I wouldn't say its a complete transformation but the improvement is real and consistent. I appreciate that the ingredients are clearly listed and its made in the USA. Taking one star off because the website could be clearer about how long it actually takes to see results. They say 4 weeks but for me it was closer to 6.

I was skeptical but its decent

Not gonna lie I thought this was going to be another one of those supplement scams that does nothing. I've tried like 4 different cellulite products before and they were all garbage. But my coworker kept raving about Smooth Skin so I ordered a bottle just to get her to stop talking about it lol. After about a month I noticed the skin on the back of my thighs felt smoother when I ran my hand over it. The dimpling isn't completely gone but its definitely reduced. Knocking off one star because I wish the results came a little faster, but overall I'm pleasantly surprised and just ordered my second bottle.
