Terrible service and workmanship

Terrible service and workmanship. Plumber attended to repair/replace a toilet flush and carried out a botched job, toilet still not flushing properly, all rubbish left in basin, toilet cistern and left covered in greasy handprints. Further 3 appointments missed to try and rectify this and now not responding to me - avoid these plumbers

Scammers

Scammers!
The plumber was here 20 minutes couldn’t fix the issue and cost me £200
Because I wasn’t informed that it’s a minimum of an hour - wouldn’t have cared if the issue was fixed.

Professional

Called the local plumbers Southampton. Had a leaking toilet. They sent Mick to help. He renewed our flush valve. Took off his shoes on entry.put down a work sheet. And carried out his work. professionally.on completion cleaned up any mess. First class company Mick was fantastic.
