Good some information flow needs improvement
Good, but could improve internal communications and information flow from clients. Closure of 85 Great Portland St is an example. I replied to an email saying we had already updated companies house, but later emails and the renewal invoice showed that you had not updated your system in time.

Warning. Do not use these guys. I didn’t use their service once and needed a refund and they would not approve it. I never even finished there KYC verification. There is much better genuine businesses out there to use.

We’re sorry you feel this way. Your service could not be activated because the required KYC verification was not completed, despite three months having passed. As explained when you contacted us, your refund request was handled in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to when ordering. Unfortunately, the call was then ended with abusive and foul language directed at a member of our team. We are always happy to discuss concerns professionally, but we do not tolerate abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff.

Communications from the company are…
Communications from the company are standardised and therefore cause confusion.
Onerous AML and KYC requirements are not mentioned when subscribing / buying the service. But these requirements are almost like undergoing Companies House Director's Verification once again.
In addition, the forms for KYC are confusing - if, for instance, you are a Company Limited by Guarantee, you have to 'pretend' the members are shareholders to complete the forms - it ought to be possible to have more than one form !
However.... the staff are very good, especially at dealing with exasperated Company Secretaries, so I have upgraded the rating from 1 star to 3 stars in recognition of this.

We also explain that verification is required for the Account Holder and any Company Officers before services can be activated.
We can see that your verification has been completed, but three other individuals associated with the company are still outstanding. These checks are mandatory for compliance purposes.

I was disappointed with my experience…
I was disappointed with my experience with the London office. During the initial registration process, I was not provided with the full information about the options and costs involved. It was only after I had signed up and paid that I was informed about the need to upgrade at an additional cost.
I believe all relevant information, including any potential additional costs or upgrade requirements, should be clearly communicated upfront before a customer commits and makes payment. Being presented with additional costs afterwards was frustrating and left me feeling that the process was not as transparent as it should have been.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as greater transparency at the registration stage would have made for a much better customer experience.
