I regret renewing my subscription with Registered Office (UK). The female member of staff who called me was incredibly rude and although I have complained it has been to no avail. DO NOT USE!

The process takes a lot of time for ID Proof Verification. Probably this is the first time for me, but I found it a little lengthy and complicated.

I had an extremely terrible and disappointing experience with this company.
The reason I requested a refund was because they kept rejecting my verification. I needed to use the service urgently, but the verification process kept being refused and delayed. I simply did not have the time or energy to keep going back and forth with them over this issue.
Because I could not get verified, I did not use any of their services at all. I did not use the registered address, I did not receive any real service, and I did not benefit from anything they provided. Under these circumstances, I believe requesting a refund was completely reasonable.
However, instead of handling the refund properly, they used the failed verification as a reason to refuse my refund. They still have not refunded me. What makes it even worse is that they directly deleted my ID, which made the whole situation feel very unfair and unprofessional.
I also contacted them by email and asked for a proper solution, but they simply stopped replying. No clear explanation, no proper support, no refund, and no response.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service that I was never able to use because they kept rejecting my verification, and when I asked for a refund, they ignored me and refused to return my money.
I originally wanted to continue working with this company, but after this experience, there is absolutely no reason to continue any cooperation. Their service, communication, verification process, and refund handling are all very poor.
I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I purchased a virtual office service from London Office Myco and paid in full. After purchase, I received a KYC verification email on 27 May from their third-party provider. In that email, it was clearly stated that I had 7 days to complete the KYC process, and that only if KYC is not completed within 7 days, the account would be closed.
I immediately began the KYC process and submitted my information, which was under review.
However, instead of respecting their own stated 7-day timeframe, my account was closed on 31 May—just 4 days after the KYC email was sent. This means the account was terminated before the deadline they themselves defined had even expired.
There was no final reminder, no rejection of KYC after review completion, and no opportunity to complete the remaining time allowed. The closure was premature and inconsistent with their own written policy.
To make matters worse, the service had already been fully paid for, yet after closing the account early, no refund has been provided. Effectively, payment was taken, the verification process was initiated, and then access was removed before the agreed verification period ended.
This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. A customer should not lose access to a paid service before the stated compliance deadline has expired, especially when the KYC process was already actively in progress.
At this stage, the situation appears to be: payment collected, account closed early, and refund refused.
I would strongly advise caution to anyone considering this service, as the stated terms do not appear to be properly followed in practice.

Their on boarding process doesn't cater for what a company needs. We would have been happy to go through KYC data requirements at set up. Instead they lock you in, and then suspend your company while going through KYC verification. Mail is not held during this phase, so at the critical moment of company set up, you lose key info from Companies House. This cost us 1-3 weeks on a major deal. If they had been up front at sign up, or had a slick on boarding process, we could have planned around it. Instead it was dropped on us when it was too late.
