Extremely disappointed with their poor and awful service. rude staff, never accepting responsibility and extremely difficult to deal with.
long story short , I would not recommend their service to anyone. I had few companies registered here and i have moved all of them .

The process up to the verification of…
The process up to the verification of Director details went fine. The Verification continued to fail because the address details on our Utility Bills were not showing the name of the Province which is not compulsory in South Africa. Also, if the spelling was slightly different, the verification failed. Casting a human eye over the submitted documents would let one know that these are legitimate - however, the compliance officers wanted us to follow the electronic process and we are still NOT verified.
