Their on boarding process doesn't cater for what a company needs. We would have been happy to go through KYC data requirements at set up. Instead they lock you in, and then suspend your company while going through KYC verification. Mail is not held during this phase, so at the critical moment of company set up, you lose key info from Companies House. This cost us 1-3 weeks on a major deal. If they had been up front at sign up, or had a slick on boarding process, we could have planned around it. Instead it was dropped on us when it was too late.

Really straight forward and easy
Really straight forward and easy to move our company registered address from another supplier who was closing down their facility in Glasgow to MYCO's facility in Edinburgh. A short on line chat was really helpful and sorted out with some ID checks and validation which allowed the whole process to complete in a matter of hours.

Despite contacting them before renewal date they provided the wrong link and the renewal was delayed they charged me extra for the delayed registration.

Prior to your renewal date, we contacted you by phone and left a voicemail to ensure you were aware of the deadline and the late renewal fee. We also provided clear step-by-step renewal instructions via email on 2nd April, including the correct link and advising that payment was required by 07/04/2026 to avoid any additional charges.
As we did not receive a response or payment before the deadline, the service expired and the late renewal fee was applied in line with our terms. When you did contact us afterwards, our team responded promptly to assist.
We understand this may be frustrating, but we do make multiple attempts to notify clients ahead of renewal to help avoid situations like this.

Shocking experience! Paid for a registered office set up. No clear explanation of what KYC ID requirements nor timescales were until after we paid.We explained that we had geographically spread directors and that it was Easter Holiday Week but they cancelled our office arrangements after 7 days, despite 2 Directors having provided ID already.Total rip-off and a scam - please beware!

Good efficient service
Registered Office made the move to a new compliant registered office very quick and easy when my current provider advised they were closing the office.
After an online chat with one of their advisers I managed to re-register the business with their supplied office address within 36 hrs.
I would recommend them for the efficient service and their attention to detail.

Would be helpful if Registered Office advised if there was content in the mail that could not be scanned
It is good to be informed by e-mail when mail arrives at the registered office. There is a general comment that if the mail has a cheque included that cannot be scanned and I would have to request the original mail posted to me. However, it does not say whether there is actually a cheque included! Rather than ask the Registered Office to forward the original letter I have contacted the sender to check if there was a cheque included so I would know whether to request the mail be posted. This is a bit of a nuisance and it would be helpful if the registered office stated that there was something in the mail that could not be scanned and advise asking for the original to be sent by post.
