Service does everything as expected, but a 20% increase in the subscription fee this year was disappointing.

Easy to setup. Couple of bugs in their web interface means that its often out of date and they don't seem that interested in fixing it. But they send the mail when it arrives, and otherwise it works well.

For several months now, you have been unable to provide a tax registration number, despite the document having been requested on several occasions.

Always a high level of service, never had any problem and had services with them for many years now. Prices are reasonable and mail is scanned to be easily viewed later. It is a life saver to have all this correspondence in one online location. I try to save them to my own drive but usually rely on login in to the portal when I need them as it is so easy to find it there. Overall, recommended!

Verification process is total non professional and they are not capable of verifying international customers, we submitted multiple times verified bank statement document duly signed and downloaded from banking official application, verified liveness oic and submitted passport copies, but they always refuse without assigning any reason and with no detailed justification why ots is not verified and what is problem in that process. Customer services number is total non helpful and non professional. They take their fee first then customer is on the mercy of this Company. Currently also struggling for a refund for a service never used.

No document was edited nor any document was submitted against UK regulations and for your info on the same documents verification process was already completed with HMRC and your standards are not above HMRC standards so a lam excuse never works without any substantial evidence of editing which is now being claimed as after thoughts.
