I tried to figure things out via FedEx but they couldn't do anything since LSE is in charge of the shipping.

Ordered 2 pairs of socks which have not arrived and I'm not able to track. I've emailed several times and the company hasn't bothered to reply which is really disappoiting. Hope they will do the right thing and refund me.
UPDATE:
The company has been in touch to organise a refund and good will gesture as an apology which is appreciated.

Really Happy!
Purchased socks as Christmas gifts for rowing coaches & my sons who row. Felt as though they were pricey but when they arrived I realised why - they are excellent quality with a very luxurious feel to them. Boxed beautifully - would be good if there was an option at checkout for them to be boxed individually as it would have been nice to gift them in this way. Swift dispatch & delivery. Overall really happy.
