I was on the nhs waiting list for a year or so but I decided that I wanted to go private with LTC.

I messaged them via Instagram to obtain the steps needed to pursue healthcare with them. They were very clear and to the point, each step of the way.

I felt at ease and respected in the hands of professionals. Soon after our conversation, I had my gender dysphoria diagnosis with a team they recommended & from there I started the monthly plan with LTC.

I had a blood test on the 8th of April, a video consultation on the 15th & my face to face consultation today, on the 22nd. It was very smooth & efficient.

My “testosterone coach” as I shall call her, is lovely and very easy to talk to. It was formal but friendly and that’s the exact thing you need in this situation.

Stepping on the doorstep of this clinic today really made my 19 years of life worth it. I’m so grateful and honoured to have access to this service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

As a parent of a wonderful daughter, Chris Inglefield, Mary and the team have been instrumental in supporting and enhancing our lives. I have nothing but praise for them and the work they do. From emotional support, operations, hormone therapy and just "being there", they have made an amazing difference, our journey has been and continues to be exciting. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you are all truly amazing.

I’ve been with the London Transgender Clinic since I started my transition in 2018 and I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone better. Mary Burke has been my hormone specialist from the beginning and I’ve had the best experience possible. Mary has helped me on countless occasions always going above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. She honestly cares and it’s a real breath of fresh air to be able to be in such good care! :) thank you for everything!

The LTC consists of professional, helpful and most of all incredibly empathic people who provide care for all who turn to them. They are always swift to reply any questions I may have, and I feel completely safe being under their care. I'm incredibly happy I chose them to oversee my medical transition. I'm going to be forever thankful to them!

In all honesty, it was super friendly, calm, exciting and an all round awesome customer service. The staff are welcoming at the clinic and are ready to answer any queries at any time. I highly recommend!

I had my appointments with Natalie and I felt very comfortable and supported.

I came the LTC after giving up waiting for the NHS to help me. I had started to self medicate but was worried about not having formal medical approval and help with hormones. From my first contact with the LGC to my prescription today I have been very impressed with my experience. I was not judged or pushed in any direction, instructions, costs and requirements have been clear and open from the start. I would especially like to thank Natalie from the hormone team who has been absolutely marvellous. I would definitely recommend the LGC if you are considering going private for help with your transition.

I've been going to LTC for hormone therapy for a year and a half now and I'm also now 6 days post Top-surgery with them. I can not recommend them enough!! Every single member of the the team I've met is friendly, funny and are always glad to help whenever I need it. I always feel happy and confident whenever I go to/from my appointments with them and enjoy my visits, LTC honestly do have their patients happiness at heart always.

I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me - they've changed my life and I will forever be grateful to them. Massive thank you to Mary who sorts my testosterone for me, Mr Inglefield for my top surgery and giving me the chest I've dreamed of for so long, and all the nurses at LTC who have helped in my pre and post op appointments so far. Also a big thank you to Thamara who took my drains out today for me and was there when I got my first sneak peak of my chest!

I had Natalie take care of my hormone therapy. She’s lovely and extremely knowledgeable. The whole clinic makes you feel so confident in the care you’re receiving and I highly recommend people wanting to start their transition journeys come here :)

I met with Natalie towards the end of March who issued my prescription for HRT. I could not fault any part of the experience. Natalie was so helpful, knowledgeable & all round lovely. So excited to be on the journey of becoming my authentic self, and endlessly grateful to this wonderful clinic.

Had my first in-clinic appointment today for hormone therapy with Mary Burke. I was quite nervous until I got to the clinic whereupon I was completely put at ease by the welcoming staff and lovely ambience of the venue. Mary is fab - I did not want to leave! Very happy that this clinic is now part of my journey and feeling blessed

the whole team at LTC have been absolutely AMAZING since the minute i picked up the phone to start my journey. lucy was kind, compassionate and caring and made my whole experience starting HRT stress free. i was quite anxious on the day but every staff member i spoke to made me feel safe and welcomed. i am so glad i made the decision to come here, it has truly been life saving :’)

The staff at LTC are friendly and supportive. They explain everything carefully and go the extra mile to help.

Everyone there was very welcoming and very kind! Explained everything to me very clearly, and answered all my questions.

A very positive experience with Lucy for my hormone prescription and all the staff I have been in contact with.

I was a little timid when i first arrived as this is a new experience but i was met with a very pleasant welcome and showed in to the waiting room ready for my appointment. My consultation was super relaxed and Lucy made me feel very comfortable about myself and the whole process, explaining everything in a detail. I left feeling very good about myself and a spring in my step tho that could also be my new Nikes. Thank you
