I found Lowe Group to be very understanding and helpful to my accommodation needs. I had to.move out of my previous accommodation at very short, but Lowe made sure I could move in prior to my deadline date to vacate my previous accommodation. There are three floors in my building and each floor has kitchens, washing machines fridges, etc.
Each guardian is selected after proper background checks and I've already met some very nice new people.
I would thoroughly recommend Lowe Group.

We recently moved out of our flat managed by Lowe Guardians and wanted to share some feedback about our experience.
Our stay in the flat was very positive. The property was comfortable, well maintained, and provided a safe and pleasant place to live during our time there. Whenever anything needed attention, it was handled quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated.
We would also like to thank the team for their professionalism and support throughout our stay. Communication was always clear, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The whole process, from the beginning of our stay until moving out, was smooth and well managed.

My personal experience being a guardian with Lowe was honestly a smooth time. Very professional. The company itself is full of nothing but kind & diverse staff. Very accommodating. Any maintenance issues I had was also solved in a timely manner. So glad I found this guardianship to be honest. If I consider guardianship again in the future, I know I’ll be heading right back here!!

I don't usually write reviews but I have been blown away by Lowe - my experience as a new guardian has been incredible.
It was only a month ago that my boyfriend and I decided to become Lowe guardians and the entire process since then has been incredibly easy and straightforward. We went from signing up and submitting references etc to moving into a beautiful, wooden floored, high-ceiling warehouse studio in central London in just over 2 weeks, with hands-on support from Poppy, Isaac, Adam, Harry, Teresa and the Lowe team. Nothing has been a problem and the team has responded quickly to any questions we have had. What's more is that I feel the Lowe team really want to help, going above and beyond to be accomodating - we were allowed to move in a couple of days early, decorate the space as we like and Isaac came round within a couple of hours of an email I sent to answer a couple of questions I had. A far cry from the ways of estate agents.
In all honesty, I can't believe there isn't more talk about guardianships in London's staggeringly overpriced, dead-end and depressing rental market. We also feel very much a part of a new and exciting creative community here - something that I have found lacking here in London.
Thank you so much Lowe team - this is the happiest living situation I've ever had in 14 years of living in London. If you're umm-ing and ahh-ing about becoming a guardian - take this as your sign.

I was a guardian at a school in central London and had a very positive experience with Lowe. They were professional and responsive, with maintenance issues dealt with promptly, including same-day repairs to my fire door. Communication was clear and I felt well supported throughout my stay. I plan to return to a Lowe guardianship when I’m back in London.

Great guardianship, been with them more than 3 years now. Very helpful team. Of course it's not like the private tenancy. But they respond and try to solve any issues/ maintenance. The 2 locations I lived in where decent and well kept. You do feel part of a community, and I met great people. We still keep in touch.

It's by far not for everyone this life style but lowe have made it much Easyer
The online fourms are self contained and easy
The Propertys are grate!! The electrics plumming on point you can't expect a full functioning place due to nature of the conditions but it all ways seems fair and everything is looked into and explained
And the payment system emailes you to remind you your rent is coming out as it is big chunk of money that might be in another account etc so very handy
Commication is very good not overwhelming but also fast when needs to be

I think Lowe are generally a well run company, in an industry known for ‘dodgy dealings’. However, my experience was very poor - and I have receipts of everything. Use this as a word of warning, everyone, if you require support from Lowe.
I’ve been a guardian at a property for 6 months (Telford Road), and have a high threshold for putting up with things I don’t like. I handed in my notice to leave today.
- my radiator doesn’t work, and I gave up asking for someone to fix it after 4 attempts. It’s been 6 months. My window has what look BB gun holes, so you can imagine how freezing it was during winter. Lowe did nothing to address this.
- 2 rooms on my floor have couples in them, something I was told would not happen (couples). Normally I wouldn’t care, but the noise after midnight is high, on a daily basis. Coupled with the fact there are 2 washing machines for 36+ people; it can be a stressful experience.
- you’re told you can create an identity in the living areas, but in reality, you’re not allowed (due to extremely inconsistent fire safety and building safety rules. WILDLY inconsistent)
- had no working sink in the kitchen for 3 weeks
- the worst black mould I’ve seen in a room I’ve lived in, there when I moved in. I believe this caused severe lung issues for a period of 2 weeks.
- Notting Hill carnival communication discrepancies
I don’t want to divulge everything, but if you’d like to know more (including mice), please reach out.
I’m a nutshell, the rooms in the building I’m in are very overpriced for the service and support you should receive, and far from promoting community living, Lowe are effectively landlords who aren’t bound by the same rules protecting tenants.
