We had the wonderful assistance of Niro from Nisade to book our Niesko accommodation, return airport transfers, ski passes and equipment. She provided all the information we required so we could make the decisions, then it was all organised seamlessly and quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Niro to help with holiday planning and booking.

We have had nice trips in The Vale Rusutsu and Fenix for the last three years.

The staff are helpful and nice, and the accomodation experience was far beyond our expectation. The rooms are clean and the facilities are sophisticated. (*If Fenix Furano provided conplimentary water last year as Fenix West and The Vale Rusutsu had done, then it would be perfect.)

We were able to secure our Niseko accommodation booking through Gladys during peak season with a very nice hotel. Gladys was very helpful, sincere and overall great to communicate with. Reservation was quick and seamless. Absolutely love the service.

I’d like to make a special mention of Joda Alura. I’ve just finished booking in my family’s trip to the Maples Niseko in January 2027. We’ve booked accommodation, lift passes, ski gear, transfers and lessons with Joda. All of it was seamless. She was so helpful and responsive. It was five star service.

I received a prompt and sincere reply from メイデル・カペラン | 予約課(May, the reservation team) , before my arrival. I sent an email to double check my reservation and ask for additional service to receive my Amazon package. She gave me a sincere and prompt reply on all the information I need, including the parking info and address info. The information is very clear.

I recently contacted the hotel's customer service with several detailed questions before my stay, and I was thoroughly impressed by their response.
The team replied with genuine patience and care. They didn't rush through my inquiries or give short, generic answers. Instead, they took the time to address every single point I raised in a clear, well-organized manner. Their reply was comprehensive and thoughtful — they explained room options with specific details about views, bedding, and amenities, provided accurate information about check-in procedures, breakfast timings, transportation from the airport, and even included helpful tips for nearby restaurants and attractions based on my preferences.
What stood out most was how they anticipated additional questions I might have and proactively offered extra information, such as current hotel policies, cancellation terms, and photos of the rooms I was considering. The response felt personal and attentive, not like a copied template. Every question was answered thoroughly, professionally, and with a friendly tone that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
Thanks to their excellent support, I felt confident and excited about my upcoming stay. This level of detailed, patient, and caring customer service is rare these days and definitely sets this hotel apart. Absolutely appreciate the super helpful and valuable responses from Snow Mon and Niro. We were considering various alternatives, but because of them both, it was very easily decided amongst my group to go with NISADE’s property. Their responses were fast, relevant, assuring and informational. Before even the trip has started, we already feel that this is going to be a very positive experience for us.
