The luxe week came highly recommended…
The luxe week came highly recommended to me by a friend. They made the entire process quick & easy.
The villas were stunning & the people were extremely helpful & friendly.
I would have no hesitation recommending this business.

Luxe but not quite so Luxe
My Luxe week experience was… not quite what I expected. I am happy that I decided to get out of my comfort zone, try something new and take the trip to Bali. Bali is beautiful! The idea of Luxe Week is a great concept. It does need a bit of tweaking.
Overall, it was a nice way to meet new people. I wish it had been promoted a bit differently, as well as more inclusive of things to do amongst the villas so we could mingle more intimately. The welcome party was nice. I hadn’t expected to pay for drinks but they were discounted considering later in the week when I experienced the club rates. I wasn’t expecting a 400 step descent to water rafting, on day 2, after a hearty meal. That was quite rigorous for a non active person and I think it should be disclosed that it’s quite difficult an activity considering those with health conditions or even height anxiety. You literally descend a mountain. I was hurting for 2 days after. I may have opted out of that excursion had I known; however, it was a great experience once I got to the bottom, calmed my nerves and rafted. The scenery was so beautiful.
Our villa was nice, boho style and airy, right next to a rice field where we heard a woman tending to her crops daily. It was not quite luxury and certainly tucked away. I am unsure if it’s because we had a Premium option verse VIP villa but it wasn’t luxe. I loved having a pool outside of my room though. We also were within a 20 min drive to cool local clubs and markets. The Canngu area is lovely. Lots to do.
Our villa mates were cordial but we didn’t make friends. That’s the part I lacked in this luxe week experience. The group we had was very cliquish. I’d have loved to know there would be a large crowd booking of nurses that came together as it makes a difference in blending. Also, there were very few melanated persons during my week, which sucked because the week prior seemed more my speed. If they promote who’s partnering with Luxe week when they roll out the schedule then people can choose a better week to join that may fit their travel style more. If you weren’t in the same villa or a nearby villa we didn’t get much chance to interact or connect. The experience can be modified for better interaction. Maybe closer villas or more villa parties. Savaya was cool. Not quite my vibe. The yacht party was nice. I hadn’t expected this experience to be so a la carte.
The traffic took about 1 hour to an hour and a half drive to excursions on the weekend but the traffic during the week, with school, is TERRIBLE! They should put a disclaimer out noting that on your “free day” start early if you have a significant drive for a tour otherwise you might not make it in a timely manner. Traffic to a 30 min place took an hour.
I was not crazy about the non inclusiveness of Finns but I loved Atlas beach club. I opted to miss one of the planned excursions and ventured here. So much more bang for my buck. I spent about $65 usd and received ALOT. Extensive menu, drink and lounge options. Very chill daytime vibe and nightly turn up! Very instagrammable! Finns was a cool daytime party with EDM vibes but they replayed songs quite often. Limited menu options.
The hosts were young and friendly and communicated with us when we needed. We didn’t spend much time with our host other than planned activities.
Our hired driver, Putra, was great! I’d use him again when I return or send clients there. Our chef, Marty, was nice and served decent breakfast. I think they could improve on breakfast options as the same things get boring. Overall Luxeweek is a nice concept for bringing strangers together.
An experience of a lifetime
An experience of a lifetime! Luxe Week did an excellent job of organising an unforgettable week of activities! The communication was great before we arrived and throughout the week! I met amazing people from all over the world! It was worth every penny! There were so many fun activities to get through the day and lots of fun parties in the night. We also went to some of the most incredible beach clubs available in Bali which Luxe Week put us in the VIP area as part of the package. This was a trip of a lifetime and I would highly recommend!
Great one week trip to Bali!
Paula, Zara, and the whole team at luxe week were absolute stars. Our driver was so amazing and hilarious. Everything from breakfast, to the day activities, to night events was so fun and well done. Definitely recommend as a super fun week trip to Bali!
Luxe Week
Overall loved my experience! Some recommendations for improvement are clearer descriptions (especially when food/drinks are or are not included) and more involvement from host.
Great experience
Great experience. Very well organizes. Our Host Andy was responsive, knowledgable, and most importantly he was great company. Would highly recommend.

Incredible experience, just a few minor tweaks needed.
Firstly, I want to state that this was one of the best experiences of my life. Without a shadow of a doubt. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and I’ve made memories, and friends, I’ll treasure for the rest of my days.
I wanted to leave a review and feedback that’s constructive. Having ran events and tours myself now for over 13 years, I know the successful model that all events like to follow:
Year 1 - learn your trade
Year 2 - finesse your trade
Year 3 - master your trade.
I understand this was the second year of luxe week and as popularity grows, I could easily see they’ve improved a lot on the feedback from year one and I know they’ll do the same again for future endeavours.
I was part of “luxe week 32”, 11th-18th August 2023. The main issue our group faced couldn’t be helped by the organisers in all fairness and that was the traffic. We calculated we spent over 26 hours in the car which is one entire day of the seven that’s on offer.
This clearly can’t be helped in the busy region of Canggu, especially during high season of August. The only two ways to counter this, which I like to think the organisers have considered are to either not have weeks during high season of August or to change multiple villa locations.
I know the area of Bali very well and a good understanding of the logistics behind it. Being a common destination for all travellers and backpackers, moving from accommodation to accommodation isn’t a new format for those used to travelling.
Whilst I know the costs and overheads involved in hiring different villas must come into play, I personally think it makes sense to plan the itinerary around locations.
For example; the quad biking, cretya and rafting will always occur in Ubud. It makes sense to stay there for 2-3 days.
Then move down to Uluwatu where Savaya, the boat day and other beach clubs can be capitalised on: perhaps Palmilla, Sundays etc etc.
Then finally finish at Canggu where Finns, St Tropez and other elements can be added.
The constant travelling was a bit of a mood killer. You wake up all psyched for the day ahead and then having 2 hours in a car just drains it out of everyone. Then when you do the activities, you have a few drinks and get yourself hyped back up again… it’s the journey back that kills you and you end up just wanting to go to bed as soon as you get in.
Again, this is no fault of luxe week and just should be something they consider.
The other suggestion I would recommend is to offer more ways of engagement across the group. As humans naturally do, cliques were formed very quickly.
I know from years of running hen and stag weekends around the world, you’ve got to get people comfortable with each other as quickly as possible.
For example, the welcome party. Everyone was just left to their own devices which would be ok later on down the itinerary but considering majority are solo travellers, nervous and wanting to meet new people there could be ways that luxe week take control on that opening day. Drinking games or sports for example. There was a huge patch of grass at the opening party we had - some simple ball games / fun activities would have encouraged more participation and opened up more personalities.
Then the next day we had the quads and straight away the group was split up into different factions which I understand has to occur for logistic purposes but because it happened so early in our week (quads wasn’t meant to be until day six on the advertiser itinerary) it just felt like not everyone was able to mingle.
The apartments were all quite far away from each other; I had to travel a couple miles up the road couple times a day just to see some friends. If this could be changed, it would certainly benefit the dynamic of the whole trip.
As mentioned, I say the above with love and with the intention of hoping this feedback helps. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of luxe week briefly at the welcome party and they’re great people with a fantastic business model which I genuinely believe can go extremely far and hope I can help with that one day through my own business expertise and knowledge.
Now to talk about the week itself and I have to start with the staff. I might be bias having a thorough understanding of the pressure of being a rep / event planner and relying on others to comply but the entire crew did a fantastic job.
As soon as I checked in to my villa, Zara (my rep) was straight on the scene and you could tell she was confident, she had authority but at the same time was welcoming and warm. She was a breath of fresh air and the perfect face you want to see when you get into a new experience like this.
I also have to shout out to Kevin, Lauren and Carolina. All of whom were fantastic and made the trip so memorable and I can’t wait to follow their stories on social media and watch them continue to work their magic.
Thank you luxe week for this experience.
Best birthday ever!
I actually give this trip 4.5 stars because it wasn’t perfect, but it was nonetheless incredible.
Lauren was my Villa host and she is so warm, bubbly, positive and friendly. She was quick to respond to messages and I really appreciated that. The Villa itself was beautiful. The staff attentive and made a great breakfast each morning. My only gripe with the Villa was the outdoor bathroom because I’m a city girl and the frogs were obsessed with hiding in my shower. (That’s why it’s important to befriend people at the welcome party so you know who to call when they need to be evicted 😂).
Gun was our villa’s driver and he was amazing. He was so friendly, always let us play our own music and had water/snacks in his car at all times. I hope you see this and have the best career as a sushi chef!
The welcome white-out villa party was beautiful and a ton of fun. Of course it’s the first time we’re all together and start making connections. Only notes here (and maybe this is an American problem) but the bar service was painfully slow (same could be said for any bar we visited (both with Luxé activities and exploring on our own)). Also, because it took so long for the food to be ready, most of it was cold by the time we got to sit down and eat. Fairly minor in the grand scheme of things, tbh. I do think it would have been nice for some group ice breakers to help the solo travelers or the more socially awkward people. (This is just me being picky, again I had a complete blast).
For the things outside of Luxé’s control, like the intense traffic. (This is coming from somebody that lives in Los Angeles). Bali’s was much worse when traveling in a car. However, get that Gojek scooter ride and you’re cruising. Because traffic was so bad at times, we had less time at some of the daily activities. I wish we had more time at Cretya Ubud and less at Sunset.
Personal preference would be on the boat day specifically to enforce a strict departure time. We departed an hour late because we were still waiting for people to arrive because they were too hungover from the night before. The only reason this mattered to me is because we had less time on the floating island/beach before we had to head back. Another *personal* note would be to play the relaxing Hawaiian music on the way out as people really just ended up sleeping on the deck and the turnt music on the way back when everyone’s awake and hyped up from the day.
A map of the other villa locations would have been nice too. Only because you do make great friends and want to see them and how far the other villas are.
Like I said though, I had an amazing 29th birthday. I couldn’t ask for anything better. the week started on August 11th. My birthday was on August 12th and the people I met the night prior made sure to let the staff at Finn’s know it was my birthday. The staff came out and brought me dessert and it was a whole spectacle. It felt wonderful. I made some outstanding new friends all over the world and I’m grateful to Luxé for that experience.
Had a blast
Andy was our host and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing but amazing. The entire Luxè staff was great & I highly recommend Luxè week
Literally the best time of my life!!!!!
Luxe Week Deluxe
My stay in Bali with the Luxe Week was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning villa that exceeded all expectations.
The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The private pool was a highlight, providing a tranquil oasis to relax and unwind. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.
Overall, my stay in Bali with the Luxe Week was a dream come true. The attention to detail, luxurious accommodations, and curated experiences made it a truly unforgettable trip. I would highly recommend the Luxe Week to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable vacation experience.
My 10/10 Luxè Week Experience
My Luxè Week experience was truly one for the books! Having a fully curated trip where all I had to do was show up was top tier! The entire Luxè Week staff was absolutely AMAZING & I had the opportunity to meet and connect with people from all over the world. Our host Lois made our trip so seamless! She was very helpful, attentive, and was always ready to answer any questions we had and always provided us with updates. I don’t think I would have made it to Bali as soon as I did had it not been for TLW. I gained life experience that I otherwise would not have, and for that I am grateful. I 10/10 would recommend attending a Luxè Week vacation if you have the opportunity to!
Breathtaking
This experience was breathtaking! I had such an amazing time with my friends, met awesome people from all of the world, and got to experience Bali at a level I’m sure most people don’t!
My host, Thomas was wonderful! He took really great car of us! Nothing short of amazing. Definitely need to come back just to hang with Tommy 😊
9/10 would recommend
9/10 would recommend. My 2nd time in Bali but this by far was the best experience I had in Bali! It’s on my top 2 best vacations. We had such an amazing experience here in Bali with the Luxe group. The food was great at the Villa & at several restaurants! No sleep really! We had a time from the 1st day to the very last day! Slept on the plane home. My accommodations was just ok! I didn’t like our Villa Nara too much it needs an upgrade. My 2nd group trip & everyone was a vibe! Luxe itinerary was perfect. Our driver Roland was amazing & accommodating. This trip made the long flight worth while. I’ll be back.
10/10 would recommend
10/10 would recommend. We had such an amazing experience here in Bali. The food, accommodations, attendees. It was the absolute perfect trip.
I will certainly be back ❤️
Great experience minor inconveniences
Great host, clean villas, great food and laundry service. Some issues with drivers being changed often, changes in location of venues of events and drivers or participants not being notified in a timely manner. Confusion on events not knowing how to prepare for them such as what to wear, etc. still an amazing experience just some more organization
