I can't recommend MagicMist highly enough.

Without even going into the huge range of products and flavours they offer, the actual company is one of the best I've ever dealt with.

Their customer service is second to none and they've always been available to answer any questions, give advice and solve any problems I may have had. They've bent over backwards on more than one occasion to ensure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase.

The negative reviews seem to be about specific products (issues I'm sure they would have rectified given the chance) rather than the company itself. The Company, I simply cannot fault. I've been with them for years and won't use anyone else for my vaping needs.

The vertigo chargers are good for about 30 days then fail . Have to keep ordering replacement chargers they are junk

Just placed yet another order for The Magic Mist, been using them for a while now and I must say they are a very good company especially the customer service side of things. Today for example I made an error on the order and as with the past they are straight on the phone or email to me to put my error right. This also goes both ways as we have had the occasional duff filter and they replaced it no fuss.
We have had nothing but positive transactions and interaction with this company long may it continue

Further to your request for a review, please find the following.
I’ve been a e-cig alike user for nearly ten years. I had been a tobacco cigarette user since I was in my teens. I tried several types of e-cig, and found one that would get me off the tobacco cigarette. The name was Greensmoke, American producer. Now discontinued in the UK since about 2016? Since then, I have tried to find a replacement, must have tried maybe five different brands has I do not want to back on tobacco cigarettes.
I’m sorry to write this review with bad news. However, you request honest feedback which I will provide. I am also so sorry to say your Magic Mist are nothing like Greensmoke. No comparison. So please stop making the claim that your product is a similar replacement. They are not, the pull suck whichever way to want to call it, is very poor, you really have to suck on it to get anything. The batteries have to be charged for over two hours, on average two hours fifteen minutes. You cannot compare your e-cig with Greensmoke. If I had tried your e-cig first, I would not have given up smoking real tobacco cigarettes.
Due to your claims that Magic Mist is a replacement for Greensmoke, I ordered in value £100 in e-cigs, batteries, & charger. A complete disappointment. The e-cig I was using & thankfully I still have some left are Ten Motives, again, not quite like Greensmoke. But they have kept me from returning to real cigarettes.

Can't fault this company. The products are great, but it's their customer service which makes them stand out. Any time there's been a tiny issue (such as expecting delivery to be delayed by just a single day) I've received a courtesy phone call to apologise and explain the situation. They obviously hold themselves to very high standards and do all they can to maintain them.

My first time ordering from this company was a brilliant experience. Dean was so helpful in ensuring my order was correct and it was delivered the next day too!
The Nic Hit Pro device is fantastic. The blue colour looks very stylish but more importantly, it produces far more vapour than some of the more well-known brands - I won't be going back to my old device.
The price of the e-liquids I got was very reasonable. So far I've only tried the cola bottles flavour - it's very nice and I'm sure the others will be too.
Really happy with this company and would definitely order again 👍

Excellent company, excellent brand, excellent customer service.... I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company.... and to top it all off.... I’ve now been cigarette free for 3 months!! Would highly recommend this company if you too are looking to quit smoking!!
