I need help for installing a second website with the ColorMag Pro-Theme. Occasional questions have always been answered quickly and competently, and this time it was really great support. Quick and patient answers :-).

Excellent service in fixing a minor…
Excellent service in fixing a minor problem with the theme we use for our chocolate webshop - that was affecting some of our images on category pages not being the right size. The troubleshooting was good, even when i myself made some mistakes in clarifying myself. The followup was great too and i'm very happy with the way they handled it and the friendly way the support was given. So thank you, this meant a lot for us.

Excellent response on a Wordpress update problem
After an update in Wordpress, I got a problem with a (stupid) thing that I could not solve, linked to the theme Ample Pro. Though it was Diwali celebrations in India (where Themegrill helpdesk is), I got an excellent response, as quick as could be in spite of holidays and week-end. Solution was given efficiently, and I thank them for such reactivity.

From the conversation in the support ticket you created on our site, I found that you might have missed the renewal email which our system sends. Because our system says that the renewal email was sent on 2022-06-28 (1 month prior to the renewal date). In addition, the information regarding automatic payment was clearly provided during the checkout process as below:
* Your paid plan begins on [purchase date] and renews automatically on [renewal date]
* Your annual renewal payments will be [amount]
* To avoid charges for the next year, cancel before the renewal date
Moreover, the automatic renewal of the annual subscription plans is a common practice in the industry.
Nevertheless, I understand how bad an experience you have with the automatic renewal which wasn't our intention.
I've contacted you on your previous ticket on our support system. I hope you'll get back to us there and try to resolve this situation in the best possible way.
