They delivered after the event date.No customer support chat once the order is placed.
Don't ever order from this Company.

This website is a complete fraud, please do not get trapped and loose your hard earned money. I placed an order with them on the 10th of July 2025 and they stopped responding to my messages & calls right after the payment was made. Bunch of crooks !

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. Please DO NOT buy from here. The website is a scam, the address is a scam(you can check from google). People don't respond at all to call. Its a well designed scam with a full functional website. I have not received my order after many days and nobody is responding. I will take necessary action against this enterprise. Please expose these fools and consider necessary action so that they are caught.

They don’t start preparing your order until last minute even if you have ordered a month before the event .
They have delivered y only half my products and not returning my 799 rs for the undelivered order

Don’t ever order from theme my party..even after the event date product didn’t get delivered..they don’t respond to the calls, they don’t respond to the msgs..they didn’t refund the money..my daughter got upset bcos we didn’t celebrate her birthday according to her chosen theme..

It’s fake company. They take order, take money and never deliver the product. I urge everyone not to order anything from them. Our party planning got ruined because of this company.

This is a fake site, the idiot named Heman Arora is a fraud. He took money from me assuring to send the product on time. Once the money is sent there is never a response to any calls or messages. Never order from this site. The product will never be delivered. This is a scam.

They are fraud and don't even response after payment

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the website ThemeMyParty.in for fraudulent and unprofessional behavior.
I placed an order through their website for Pastel Party Balloons For Kids... on 17-05-2025. I made the full payment of ₹ 2752.20 via UPI . According to the information provided on their site, the delivery was expected within with 4-6 days. However, the order was never delivered, and I have received no communication or response from their customer service team despite multiple attempts through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
Additionally, the contact details on the website appear to be either inactive or deliberately unresponsive. I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated by this platform. It appears that the website may be engaging in misleading or fraudulent practices, and I am not the only customer to face such issues, as several others have posted similar complaints online.

I kindly request:
1. An official explanation for the delay and lack of communication.
2. Immediate investigation into the business practices of ThemeMyParty.in to prevent further consumer fraud.
If no action is taken, I intend to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities, including filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and reporting the issue on social platforms and online review sites to warn other customers.

I wish I had read reviews before placing an order . Poor quality work with pixelated image. They promise to show you a preview before giving for print and they didn’t and there was an error . Money waste !!

These people are fraudulent. They don't respond to any of the calls. I placed the order on 6th April as my daughter's birthday is on 23rd april and till date I haven't recieved any updates from them. I called them many times but they don't respond. Please don't ruin your special moments by placing order from this site. Pathetic, highly unprofessional...
