OMG i should have read the reviews before ordering anything from them. Such a scam.... please don't ever buy anything from them....just lik the previous reviews have mentioned, the product will not be delivered at all.... showing 2 weeks delay....but what's the use when it reaches after the party is over? Such money waste.... horrible customer service, rather no customer service....they will send picture of the banner to make us feel that they are very reliable ppl....but don't ever think of them like that....these 2 days trying to trace the parcel, my BP has gone up. One of the worst decisions of my life....yes like previous suggestions, they must be reported.....false advertising...fake assurance... unprofessional behaviour

Negative ratings should be there for this service. Item will not deliver on time and no response to calls and whatsapp message. They will respond nicely till you pay them. Very disappointing. Lot of tension and stress on special days..

They Dont send item on time. No response on any platforms. They are scared of people comments hence switched off insta posts comments

This is totally fake website. Don't order through this website. If you check their Instagram they have turned off the msgs too. No direct google reviews are there. No response through calls or messages. Only they are showcasing through shiprocket and auto response in whatsApp. But this is totally fake. My suggestion everyone report their Instagram page. So that people like us will never be cheated again. Pls report page from your friends / relatives account also. This helps to block their Instagram page.

Totally unprofessional… fraud scheme, they take money in advance and do not respond to whatsap messages and neither pick calls. Such fraudulent websites should be taken down. Will file a report in consumer court.

I placed my order on December 27th, and it is now January 7th. Despite trying to contact the team for the past 10 days, I have received no response. Their lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I need the materials by January 9th, but at this point, I have no confidence in their ability to deliver on time. Ignoring messages and failing to provide any updates is highly unprofessional and an unacceptable way to handle delays.

We placed a pre paid order on 22nd December 2024. We have been following up with them for the status of shipping of our order and there is no response to calls, what’s app, emails. They are a fake site. Please do not ever buy from them.

Took my money and product was delivered . Not replying to any of my calls or msgs . Worst worst and cheater website . Almost ordered like 15days back and they are not replying . No refund also as i cannot reach anybody from their team . I can see them online but they are not replying neither acknowledging my msges . Horrible horrible

First things first, they don't deliver your order after taking full payment upfront. They are full on fraudsters and have absolutely zero intentions of fulfilling their orders. And yes, obviously, they have nothing such as customer service. The order is never dispatched and thus, your order status never gets updated and you never receive a tracking link. Tried to reach them through their WhatsApp number, their contact us mobile number, their email ID, their Instagram account but to no avail. Never received any response other than a chat chatbot acknowledgement. Occasion passed, had to order from somewhere else, got burnt! Never EVER order from here.

I have placed an order in the website on 05 July 2024, Payment was successful but haven't generated Order ID or any order Information.Got a text from 7888769901 (offical business account) in Whatsapp. I have spoke to them with about the payment issue and they confirmed payment is successful. Later they have asked me to fill the details (name, age, message,...) I have provided all the details along with photos to show in the banner. I have requested them to do 6x6 feet instead of 4 x4 which they asked for extra pay using UPI to 7837637081@paytm(Hemandeep Arora) and asked them to deliver by 13 July 2024. They have showed me a banner with the changes, asked for corrections. After that no reply from the businees account , I have texted, called but no response form them. From 05 July on ward till now (14 Sep 2024) I havent got the order delivered.
This website is not reliable please stay away.

They are Big Cheater!! Don't ever biy anything from them . They never call or respond. They are running fraud business. They are thieves...chor sale!! I have order for 2500 rs they haven't send anything. Its my baby's first ever birthday!! My all paln failed..

My wife placed order for a flex and cutouts. The firm never responds to messages. Once the order is placed they don't reply. At the time of placing order they reply immediately. Even after messaging them n number of times, they don't respond. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. The shipment has not reached us even after 7 days of shipment. The event date has failed. We have requested for refund and for that also there has been no response. This is open cheating and malafide intent. We may not be important to them, but karma sees everyone and everything. Someday, for sure their loss will multiply many times more to what they have grabbed from us by cheating.

Fake website. They looted 2000 rupees and didnot send any order nor responded. Owner is hiding his identity. Fake customer care number . Fraud seller
