I've been a web developer for over 25 years and my toughest client to date is my daughter who is setting up her music school. The Rythmo theme has been absolutely perfect for her needs! And also, the support that I recieved has been excellent! Thank you for a great theme!

I am very grateful for excellent "Cloe Brooks Theme" with i buy for my website and for strong support. I am not a programmer, and i had a trouble, but ThemeRex was always near and help it to solve it. With ThemeRex support anything is possible! And now I have an excellent website - with i am proud and can make a money for living.

Great support, they solved my problem fast.

The theme I bought looks really really great.
The installation wasn't smooth but the support was top notch.
Not so easy to customize theme though.

Their theme looks great, but their support is very limited. I have now bought the technical support twice and it still has not resolved the issue. The response time is particularly slow which means not many things get resolved unless I purchase another technical support.

Very disappointing with that regard.

The support team was incredibly helpful with the issues I was having. They replied in a timely manner and had excellent customer service skills!

Quick help that has fixed the problem every time. I have submitted tickets probably ten times in the last year and impressed with the response time, clear and helpful feedback, and great attitude. Actually just extended my support for another six months.

I've received a deep, serious and quick help from ThemeRew's support. The support alway have dealed with my tickets in a 24hs.

When I reached out 6 months later to discuss a bug that had cropped up they fixed it super quick. So happy and have recommended them to several friends.

Cole was amazing! I had bought a theme for my company and I needed to configure the colors to match my branding more.

I paid the extra money for the edits to the CSS. They did a fantastic job! Very quick responses which I was surprised about! I'm always hesitant to reach out to support since they take a long time to answer, BUT the Theme Rex teams answers quickly and guides you through the themes very accurately!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! And extending support I bought and it was well worth the money I spent on Theme Forest.
