I was looking for a theme to support one of my clients, and after reviewing many, The Royal Event theme looked best suited for our goals.

I purchased the theme so that I could have the PSD files to alter in order to present to the client, and they (the client) loved it.

I decided to move forward with installing the theme so I could start modifying in-browser, but my WordPress experience is rusty at best, so I reached out to TR for support on installing on my local machine, so that I could work on it here, instead of online.

The support staff (specifically John) was so helpful and patient, and helped me to get everything up and running in no time.

I will definitely be using the TR team for more support in the near and distant future, as well as purchasing more themes from them for upcoming projects on the horizon.

Had bought the Rosaleen theme a while ago and activated it on my staging site. Seven months later (the support by ThemeRex which is included in the license had expired meanwhile), I finally had time to continue working on my website. Deleted the old draft and started anew. Unfortunately, I had not deactivated the theme and thus was technically without a license for the theme. Contacted ThemeRex support and explained the situation. Without further questions, they reinstated my purchase code so that I could activate the theme. How great are they? Now, exploring the theme and very impressed so far.
