I have rang since December 2018 in respect of fuel deducted which I was advised would be refunded given I was on sick and paying for my own fuel. Nearly 6 months later I have never received a refund. Continuously rang and emailed and advised I would be rang back and I am still waiting on the call. Clearly shows I was doing miles and paying for it personally, however, the hassle I've had to get the refund and customer service has been ridiculously poor to say the least. Extremely poor customer service and I ended up paying twice for fuel due to their incompetency to refund.

My colleague experienced various issues …
My colleague experienced various issues due to internal disputes (nothing to do with TMC) however Paula went out her way to navigate through all issues we faced and found a solution which we thought were a long time coming!! Not only this, she explained all of the complicated deductions and explained benefit in kind in an articitculate yet simple way so we could understand. TMC will also offer to check the scheme you are on is the right one which is fantastic. Thank you for your genuine willingness to assist us and for putting up with two very confused people!! If only all companies had gems like this.

Perfect Customer Service Seldom Seen
I had experienced a problem with inadvertently locking myself out of TMC. Fortunately for me Katie Hart was able to assist me. It turned out it wasn't me at all, but the URL to the log in page. Katie promptly send me the correct URL and reset my password on the spot allowing me immediate access. In addition, I explained to Katie that while my fuel card had arrived, I wouldn't be registering my car until I took delivery of it and as a result would not be able to submit my business mileage by the due date. Katie advised that I would be able to call her once I was ready to update the start date and mileage at that time. Perfect customer service seldom seen these days! Many thanks for your help, Katie.
