Me and my partner had so much help and support on our house buying journey. The mortgage broker Scotland, in particular our broker Louise made the process so much smoother and easier to understand and we really appreciated the time and effort she put in. Being first time buyers we knew nothing about buying houses and the processes involved, we received so much support, reassurance and attentiveness to help us whenever we needed it, no matter how small the query. Everything was always explained thoroughly and we were given the best advice through out based on our personal needs.

The advisor and administrator that have been working with me have been exceptionally helpful, keeping me up to date immediately and making every easy to understand for me. They have been contactable even after work hours when I have had difficulty in understanding something, and have helped to make everything clear to me.

They are a great team. Chasing daily, calling the bank, keeping us informed and making things happen. This is the way that they work. Couldn’t recommend enough. In less than 30 days we had our brilliant home sorted, which was extremely quick compared to the market and financial situation.

I cannot praise this organisation enough. We absolutely would not have managed to find the deal that we did without the fantastic help of Louise. Even when faced with stumbling blocks she remained positive and persistent in finding the right mortgage product for us and we are now 5 weeks loving in our dream forever home! Very professional and understanding as It can be a stressful process securing a mortgage when everything is depending on it. Always gave timely updates and responses to emails.

After months of stress trying to get a mortgage i went to mortgage brokers Scotland in a last attempt to get a mortgage and Phil and Rebekah have been nothing but amazing ! The stress was completely taken off my shoulders and they did everything . Always quick to answer emails and texts , the communication was fantastic. They got my mortgage for me and I couldn’t have done it without them .

I cannot thank Steven enough and I really don’t think I have enough words to do this review justice. For various reasons out with my control it was looking impossible for me to get a mortgage. I went to a variety of different brokers, high street and non high street and no one could help me. I spent hours and hours making phone calls and was getting constant “no’s”. Then I found Steven, he got to work fast and had a mortgage in principal within the first couple of hours of our initial conversation. After a couple of weeks that offer fell through and Steven was right onto the next lender and managed to get another mortgage in principal for me. After what seemed like the longest three weeks ever waiting on the underwriters to do their work I got the much anticipated phone call from Steven to tell me everything had been approved. I honestly cannot thank Steven enough, he was worked so hard to get this in place for me and my family. I will only ever use Steven as my mortgage broker from now on and I have already started giving his number to friends and family.
