Michael and Sophie have been fantastic throughout . Highly recommend. Communication has been fantastic and secured us a mortgage offer even with partners bad credit history at a really good interest rate. Michael never gave up especially with my confusing pay slips from different jobs and got us the amount we needed to borrow.
Would highly recommend Michael and the team. They were fantastic from start to completition. Would defo use again if we ever choose to move.

Sophie went above and beyond to make sure we were kept updated and answered any queries immediately. The process did take a little longer than we expected ( due to the solicitors) however the mortgage experts, especially Sophie provided a great service till the end. A big thank you to her!

Excellent support from all the team, due to current climate financial institutions require more and more information, yet everyone always on hand to offer advice, talk through the procedure in easy to understand format and assistance where needed. Thoroughly recommended.

I was thinking, what I could write to express, how greatful and happy I am with Michael and Sophie. I had a terrible experience with my previous broker from another company.. He really wasted our time and said we won't get a mortgage for our new house. So I started researching and I found Morgage Expert... Micheal and his team have, in our opinion, gone above and beyond in getting us a mortgage from a high street lender. The support we received was second to none especially when we unexpectedly lost the house we were buying and had to transfer the mortgage to another property. Seriously pleased with the whole experience and service from The Mortgage Expert Group. Received excellent advice and they have managed to reduce my monthly out goings by almost £800!

After realising I had too many negative factors on my credit file, Darryl advised it would be best to wait the few months for the final default to clear, to pay off as much credit as possible and to not take out any new credit.
He looked at every viable option for us and gave us the best advice every time.
It was tough having to wait, losing yet another house but by doing what Darryl suggested, we tried again once my credit score soared to outstanding and just an hour after our application was submitted we got the unbelievable news that we honestly never thought we would get, our mortgage was accepted. We finally had an offer!
The help, advice and complete understanding from Darryl was exceptional. We cannot thank him enough!

I would also like to add, we first made contact with TME back in 2019, we were working with Mike Jones. Again, he had an incredible knowledge of the market, what to do to better our chances for the application and overall just a really nice guy! He even spoke directly to the “sharks” as he called them at the estate agent we were using at the time, who refused to take our AIP simply because we hadn’t used their broker!!
A few months went by before we made contact again only to discover the awful news that Mike had sadly passed away.
We never got to thank Mike for the work he did for us, we are forever grateful and will not forget him. We are glad we stayed with TME, they are brilliant at what they do and we cannot recommend them enough!

I bought my house 4 years ago, our mortgage was decline from another lender at the last minute for some reason which they couldn’t really explain the reason.
I found mortgage Expert on the internet.
My mortgage was declined Friday, I called Mortgage expert Monday 9am they got me a mortgage in principle by 11am.
The service was excellent and Professional.
Everything went very smoothly, since then I have been using mortgage for 4 years and the service level has not dropped.
I will highly recommend anyone to Mortgage Expert.
