I received excellent service woth regards to finding my mortgage. Bring an older customer with a poor credit history my options were limited but I was found a mortgage and the customer service was outstanding

Exceeded My Expectations
My recent mortgage enquiry was not straightforward and I was under time pressure to produce a mortgage offer. I was aware COVID had placed pressure on the mortgage industry and service standards had slipped as a result. The team at The Mortgage Expert were on the case straight away and came up with a mortgage offer better than I was expecting and within a very acceptable time frame. These guys are seriously good!

I was able to get a mortgage at a good rate a couple of years ago with The mortgage expert group. Without them I doubt that it would have been possible to get a mortgage and I'm very grateful for their expertise and knowledge. They were always prompt to reply to any queries and willing to give reassurance and guidance.

The mortgage company helped us to obtain a mortgage following completion of an IVA. Even before our IVA had finished Mike gave us all the information we needed to ensure on completion of our IVA our credit reports we’re ready to go, never did I feel judged or embarrassed by our previous history. We were over the moon when Mike obtained a mortgage for us from a high street lender to buy the property of our dreams. I was saddened to hear that Mike sadly passed away, but like many others I am sure our dreams were made by the mortgage company and I will be forever greatly to Mike and the team

Genuinely interested in the clients needs
I’ve used this company for a number of years. Five and a half years ago Ryan helped me get my first mortgage and insurance policies set up. We’ve gone on to use them again with our new home and to set up insurance to protect our children.
I have always had a positive experience with every member of staff I have spoken to. The interest they take in us as people is what makes them such a great company. We’ve always felt they’ve considered our needs, not what will get them the best commission.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A really helpful team
